I love Chipper Jones and he is truly a mainstay and "face" of the franchise,
but he is doing a disservice to the Braves by blocking Marte from taking
the position at 3rd.

I don't really know what to say about it....because I don't know what would be
best to move Marte up.

I don't like Chipper's fielding ...he's not fit for an OF position
he lets balls drop in front of him constantly.
but I agree, his bat gets hot in August...

so I dunno.. I hope everything works itself out...

I am going to miss Charles Thomas

Personally, I can't wait to see Marte and Franceour come up and be the future of this team, but I'd hate to push the Joneses out. If we didn't have LaRoche at first I'd say move Chipper there. As far as Andruw, I really hope they hold onto him as he's still an amazing player despite the drop off and could still improve at his young age even though people seem to be giving up on him and saying he's not the same in center. Nothing would make me happier than to see two all-star comebacks for the current heart of the team.
