    More tiebreaker "fun".

If SF loses and LAD wins, we'll see gm163 for the NL West between two 106 win teams! Loser has to play 2 days later in the WC game.

I wonder if MLB would ever consider adopting tiebreakers without an extra game, especially if we get expanded playoffs. Just go with head to head record.

They took out Corbin Burnes after 2 innings yesterday, so I doubt it.

I'm watching MLB Network and it's....wall-to-wall coverage of the AL Wild Card race, lol.

            And it begins.

Some Jays fans suddenly start clapping in the middle of an at bat.

            Scoreboard update...Nats up 1-0!

Edit-Vladdy with a HR! 5-0! Nobody has hit more HR at age 22 or younger than Vladdy has this season. Eddie Matthews held the record before.

Jays are doing their part. Let’s go Nats and Rays.

Thought I’d never cheer for a division rival.

Or as they put it on the Jays broadcast, the former Expos and future Expos franchises.

Jays have done their part. Double digit lead now! Surely their pitching won't blow even that lead.....

Now it's up to the Nats and Rays! Both games so close, it's getting stressful.

Nats were so close to blowing that. Bases loaded 0 outs. Then 1 out. Next guy almost struck out, but got a comebacker to the pitcher, but the pitcher dropped it so the runner scores. Then Avilas hit just gets past the IF and scored 2. Easily could've been 0 runs.

Mariners are losing and Yankees still tied. So Jays vs Sox looks most likely regardless if it's a 1 and done situation, or a loser plays NY for tiebreaker #2 should NY lose today.

Edit-Semien now with a HR! 45 on the year for him to build on his historic 2B season.

Regardless if Jays make it or not, this has been one of the most exciting non playoff game I've seen from the Jays.
