Ten game suspension for Scherzer. If he did something illegal then suspend him, but this seems like they need to make the rules less subjective

I'm guessing Boras will file a grievance, because "Phil Cuzzi thinks so" can't be the standard, unless pitchers got together to only use sticky stuff in games umpired by him.

From what I understand Scherzer was told to wash his hands, he did in front of an mlb official, and then when they checked him again they said he was still too sticky and tossed him
