Yeah, I read he adjusted his mechanics to put less stress on his shoulder. If he isn't able to regain his full power hopefully he has some movement on that fastball. I'm not too sure about Wade Miller seeing as though I haven't followed the NL real closely, so I'm not too sure on what kind of pitches he throws.

He throws a mid 90's fastball with a very good curve, slider and a changeup that he uses infrequently. His other pitches are good but like most power pitchers, probably not good enough to be effective on their own. Being able to throw a mid nineties fastball makes his offspeed stuff very effective.

I don't expect great things from him right off the bat. I think it will probably take him 4 or so starts to get his velocity up to where it should be. Bottom line is, it's going to be early May when he comes back rather than the All-star break which is what we first predicted when signing him. I'm willing to suffer through a few early season starts if it gets him ready to pitch well from July on.
