Really dumb picture, yes i know...

But come on, who would get a jersey/shirt of Aaron Small?
18-1 hell of a season regardless

Namely, his speed (on the basepaths and in center), and the fact that his strike zone is half the size of Ortiz's. And his shorter stroke might actually work to his advantage against power guys like Rivera. That was the cut fastball he drove to right field last night. He needs some work, but hopefully some time with the coaches during the season will bring out his potential.

At 27 years of age, Willie Harris has about as much potential as you or me. He is what he is. And I hope with his last start vs. Mussina, Tito realizes that he should only be used as a defensive replacement and a pinch runner.

What are the odds of this game being played for the folks in Boston? I'm contemplating wheter to go out and I've heard off an on that it might be rained out.

Yankee fans think Wang and Cano are the future of baseball... Search for the thread about the Marlins potentially trading Dontrelle and you'll see what I mean.

Weird weather. It sounds like we're gonna get rained out at some point, the question is can they get 5 innings in before then. Hope we score early.

Why are they still playing this game? It looks like the weather may have already claimed Matt Clement as he looked like he was limping off the mound after the 5th. They have their five in, they should just call it.

Oh and, Matt Clement still sucks.

They finally called it in the 6th with the Rangers up 6-0. Should have been called after 5.

Anyone notice how bad Texiera has been all-around this year?

This is one of the worst weather weeks I can ever remember, and it's pouring like nobody's business today. NO CHANCE they play today in case it hasn't been announced, which is why they forced last night's game in. I think I'm going to throw a party when the sun comes out at the end of next week...

Yeah, they pretty much had to play at least 5 last night no matter what, because trying to make up an entire 3 game series would be a nightmare. They're probably going to have to re-schedule today and tomorrow's games as is.

Anyone know if last night was a sell-out for Fenway? The seats were empty but I assume that was mostly people who had tickets but decided not to go.

Today's game has been postpones. Not surprising since the Governor just declared a state of emergency throughout Mass, and things aren't too good here in NH either. Hopefully Baltimore will be nice and dry tomorrow.

I saw some live footage on Fox News, some places are flooding badly. Here in NJ, we were forecasted for a lot of rain, but really didn't get much except for friday.
