It was a great game today I was there I had some really great seats near rudy and the first inning of that game was horrible but the yanks rebounded in that 8th inning and out of all the yankees games i've been 2 i never saw mariano pitch so when i heard the enter sandman it was great how everyone was cheering and such as soon as the guitar hit, but going to this game made me realize how bad lo. needs sports, sports brings people together and makes people happy once giambi hit that homerun people i've never thought i would rejoice with i did

Congrats man....Cleveland holds a 1/2 game lead in the Wild Card.

By the end of Sunday, we could be anywhere from 1 game out to 7 games out.

Oh, and I'd like to say that Tampa officially owns everything about New York.

Well, this is it. Probably the biggest series of the entire season for us. If we lose two of three or get swept I think our season may be over. The lack of fire that this team plays with is amazing, how they can just look so lackadazical (sp? murdered that one) as a whole.

Considering we have our final series of the season at Fenway, we've got to sweep this series if we have any prayer of winning the division, and take two of three if we want to stay in the Wild Card race IMO. The Sox aren't gonna collapse, and the Indians aren't gonna give up. This series could deliver such a mental blow to us if we can't win it at home.

And all of this, we are counting on Small and Chacon (who are the two most trusted starters IMO anyway) to lead us through this series. Who would have thought that six months ago. Gonna be a wild weekend, and an overall great weekend of sports.

Definately looking foward to it, especially since for once my Sox are in the driver's seat. Come Monday morning, we could have pretty much won the East. I am gonna say we need a sweep to wrap it up, because six games, our bullpen, and your offense, wouldnt keep be as comfortbale. Plus the sweep would mentally take you out of it.

Like the guy up there said, its funny that Small and Chacon are being depended on in the most critical regular seaosn series in years for the Yanks, and even funnier is, the Yanks would rather them two be in there than any other two.

I'm very nervous for tonights game and overall series.

Like stated, if we can't win atleast 2, that could be it for the year as far as the division is concerned.

Hopefully the Twins can take atleast 2 of 3 from the Indians as well.

This is the biggest game of Small's life (oxymoron intended). He needs to prove that those 6 wins were not a fluke. He needs to step it up tonight.... keep calm... and pitch exactly how he has.


We also need to get in Wells' head tonight and get him rattled.


Going to the game Sunday... which is gonna be a huge game so I'm really excited.
