Re: 2010 Recruiting Discussion Thread
Missing piece for UNC? Nah. Carolina would have been fine w/o him.
I love having him though. Not as much for his basketball skills, but for his character. So well rounded, & it doesn't sound like the usual gushing type of hype that usually comes from commentators.
Plus, dook loses to UNC before they even meet on the court this season.Originally posted by VP Richard M. NixonI always remember that whatever I have done in the past, or may do in the future, Duke University is responsible one way or the other.
Thanks, dookies!Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Discussion Thread
The big thing with this is that dook missed out on a kid who by all accounts was the kind of cat who they would normally lock up. To add further pain to it, they not only lose him to their crosstown rival, but their crosstown rival came in on him late. It's like not only do you miss out on the chick you've been spitting game to and buying drinks for all night, a chick who is absolutely perfect for you, but she leaves with your worst enemy, and he just got to the bar before final call.Comment

Re: 2010 Recruiting Discussion Thread
I just don't know how I can watch college basketball again. This is just a huge disgrace.
K is doing nothing but living on his past "success", and needs to give it up to someone who can actually recruit. This is a joke. We got Kyrie Irving, woo hoo, big deal. It gets us nowhere.Comment

I am really excited to see Barnes play for UNC. I watched him in the Championship game last year and he was phenomenolComment
