    A little harsh, no?

Between him and Dyson (and a handful of others - Okwandu, etc) we are going to have an atrocious team basketball IQ this year. It's a pretty sad statement but I think Gavin Edwards may have the best bball IQ on the team.

Hopefully he's matured a little, and is less concerned about screaming and hollering after every dunk, and is more concerend with being a halfway sesnible basketball player.
He was the best player on the team in the tournament last year.

Stanley is one of the last things people should be concerned about with this team.

Syracuse plays Albany tonight. This will be a step up in competition from D-II Le Moyne, who Syracuse lost to, so the Orange better be ready!

Syracuse looks pretty good early on. This is a pretty young team so lots of freshmen Mistakes, especially by the Frosh starter Brandon Triche.

Turns out the guy Lawrence hit in the accident was my dad's stepbrother. My dad just called me asking if I had heard about the accident, and said that his stepbrother completely shattered his left leg.

Louisville's George Goode will not be available for the Arkansas game next Tuesday after suffering his 2nd concussion in 10 days during a practice last week. He will not practice until at the earliest Sunday.

Sounds like Pitino is practicing the team hard, I like it. Getting them toughened up for the season.

I know...Goode has 2 concussions and Siva suffered some injuries that put him in the hospital a couple of weeks ago when he collided with McCarty.

How do you get a concussion twice playing basketball in your career? Let alone in a week? In practice????

I'll take a loss in that game and a trip to the Final Four over winning that game and losing in the Sweet 16 every single day of the week.

Normally I would say you are correct, but in 20 years, People will have forgotten in 2009 the UCONN Huskies went to the Final Four, but no one will ever forget that game.

                            Errr, that's extremely debatable.

Ain't it funny how last year all the Big LEast fans were talking trash all year about having the best conference ever only to not even get one team in the Title game!
