Huge pickup for Groce breaking into Chicago for a player from a good program up there.

Hopefully the start of some big things for us in recruiting.

Rumors are just rumors, even after the rumors of what happened at Louisville, he had offers from us and Kansas.

NC State has also landed 4 star PF Kyle Washington today.

Those "rumors" came from multiple sources at multiple schools. Hopefully he will realize his opportunity and contribute positively to NC State going forward.

These "rumors" are still just rumors. And could also be a smear campaign from Louisville because Barber basically was down to Kansas and State. If these "rumors" were so damning, then why did Kansas and NC State both still schedule OV's after the fact?

From what I understand he already had his visit with KU and in home with KU the week before he visited UL. He visited NC State 2 days later (from UL visit) and committed. You would have to ask your coach if the rumors were true and if so why did he allow him to visit and commit. Like I said, if they are true, hopefully it was just a teenager mistake and he contributes positively to State going forward.

At the end of the day, teenagers make dumb mistakes. Its if they continue to do it or come to their senses that matters most. (Again, if true)

Twins told a recruiting guy they were not coming to Maryland's midnight madness event, and were instead coming to Kentucky's (again.. they came last year too) and their Dad said that didn't happen either.. Hope we don't have another Alex Legion's mom situation here..
