This is exactly right. Grinnell doesn't play much half court defense and pretty much give opponents wide open layups if they don't get a steal off of their full court press. They think they can just come down and win simply by jacking up tons of three's.

And a lot of the time they can win that way. If it works for them, they might as well keep doing what they're doing.

They weren't too good on the defensive glass in the last 10 minutes of that half. After a good start, they kind of cooled down. But they're playing solid defense again, so still hold the lead.

Reports are that concussion tests on Hardaway were negative. That's good to hear because that was quite the knee he took to the back of the head.

Well the old school NC State team is back. About to lose to UNC-Asheville.

EDIT: Snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. Michigan will kill us next week.
