my frustration so far:

as i play for the 76ers, the dynamic goals are just silly. subbing me in down 20 and telling me to either score 10 straight or win the game is insane. And then if I dont reach the goals, even if a score 40 on 60% shooting, then I get my minutes cut..... Its absurd and a total flaw in the game imo. Like i understand the story line scripts are cool and all but this is just lazy... My team cant defend a single play and the coach expects me to beat the thunder in 5 minutes down 15????? Not to mention the one time I got close he subbed me out until the final 45 seconds down 5 after i built a 4 point lead. I understand if I dont start righ away, but going from 28 to 19 minutes because i cant bring back the worst team in the league from down 15 in a quarter is something that can be fixed if they tested the game a little better. Especially a team like the sixers whose PG sucks.

Also, free throws at B+ seem like the miss WAAY more but that might just be me.

all this said Im still having so much fun playing this game

With tanking you mean no points/assists/steals/blocks/rebounds, many turnover and 6 fouls to leave the game or what ? Because i want to go to ATL too

if anyone is on the sixers and has a winning record while not starting pls post and explain how. on HOF btw. im trying to play with 60 overalls and evan turner and losing most games. if only you didnt have to play every game i would be more pumped about our future.

sorry for the spam but how the **** are you supposed to win a game if the bucks shoot 70% from 3 and your D STILL wont play tight on their man. Is there a way to adjust defensive settings? Its getting unplayable when my SG is sitting in the paint on defense every single time until he decides to close out once the shot is already up..... Ik the sixers are bad but this isnt basketball to have 6 straight threes because the AI is coded to sag off no matter what is happening on the court.

You could only try play man to man , zone defense and others theres only like 4 options there but as far as points of emphasis nothing with that

I've got a funny story regarding trade logic in MyCareer.

I am a 3pt specialist PG and got drafted to the Trail Blazers. I actually like playing for the Blazers as they have many weapons to score. My go to moves were dumping it to L. Aldrige in the post or when he's open on the elbow for a jumpshot. Finding Wesley Matthews open for the 3 or finding Batum in transition.

I was killing it (playing on Superstar) and about 28 games into the season, Damian Lillard talks to me on the plane about how I'm playing so well and how I will most likely replace him as the PG in the starting lineup. He also told me there's no hard feelings, yada yada.

Around this time, I was able to ask my GM for a trade. I actually wanted to stay with the Blazers but since I am a Raptors fan, my natural inclination was to ask for a trade to Toronto (they were in the top 5 of the teams that were interested in my services). I asked for a trade again after a couple games and after the next game, I was immediately traded to the Raptors.

I have spent some VC to boost my player's attributes until he was about 85 overall. Usually, when I have asked for a trade in the past 2k games, I would be traded for a guy who is also around 85 overall as well. This made me think the Raptors were going to trade Rudy Gay for me. When I got to the Raptors, I checked who I was traded for and I ended up getting traded for crappy DJ Augustin and a 2014 1st rounder and 2015 1st rounder! Now I am on the Raptors and throwing lobs everywhere to Demar and Rudy and I have also usurped Kyle Lowry as the starting PG.

Life is good right now, no complaints. Lol.

Anyone having a hard time getting an excellent shot release? I've been getting B- and B. I've tried multiply shot forms and i keep getting these bad grades.

I'm using Steve Nash's release and have been having pretty good success.

Here's a funny story that is the opposite of yours.....(ha)....a good friend of mine got drafted by the Timberwolves. He checked his trade interest and the Heat were the most interested....He requested a trade and chose the Heat, Rockets, and Clippers as the teams he wanted to go to. He got traded to the Phoenix Suns. LOL. He's miserable because all they try to do is shoot 3 pointers and won't kick it to him down low at PF.

I got drafted by the Kings.... hated it at first....but I've learned to play with the style of teammates I have. We're in the first round of the playoffs...up 2-0 on the Timberwolves. 2nd game was an OT thriller that I hit a 3 pointer at the end of regulation to tie. I know many are complaining about this game....but I'm absolutely loving it.

I feel your pain. I hate that they interfere with the game this way. My teammates don't play smart enough to come back from 20 points in one qtr.
And they make you miss free throws just so you go to the free throw cut scene. I can't tell you how many time I built a lead to get subbed out then in down double digits.

so I started over as an athletic pg with the goal of making it to the wizards

had 30 pts and 10 assists in the showcase while holding ellis to 10 pts and 10 assists

was interviewed first by the trailblazers..at # 10?

wtf? pick 10 with 30 and 10?

so I turned them down and was mad as h***

until the next team to interview me was....the wizards with the 3rd pick

told the gm that I just want to win so John Wall can have all the shine (though I'm coming for his job) and I love the young talent here in dc

draft day comes and......

the wiz pick otto porter over me...

I go to the 6ers with the 11th pick

I'm about to make everybody PAY for passing me up

(at least till I restart once a patch comes out. all these trades that happen in the game are a buzz kill. But till then, I'll just start stacking vc in anticipation of a patched game)

I'm pretty sure that your speed is also affected by playing on simulation. My players is maxed speed (99) and is faster on default than simulation.

what position is your my player at?

I've tried every pg type (generally the fastest players on the team)

and ALL their speeds are capped at 92 or lower

what position do you have the ability to have 99 speed at?

Maybe it requires getting your shooting skill up to allow better grades? Just a guess. Wasn't like that last year but I've noticed it too.

My Close/Med/3pt are maxed out at 85. I still get grades around the B
