Got my 1st start for the Bucks in a tie game with GS, 38 points 8 rebound and I get subbed out with 1:00 on the clock. Shame that funky stuff like that happens still, who Subs out the leading scorer in the final minute of a tied game.

Having a blast as a 6'9" SF for the Bucks 34 games in to the season and I've grinded my way to a 76 ovr and a 17-17 recored. When I got drafted by the Bucks I was ready to ask for a trade, but OJ Mayo started talking to me right away and that really drew me in to the team and now I'm happy to be playing for them.

With Mayo, Sanders, Iiyasova, Knight, and myself we have a real young team to keep building on. I'd like to bring them a championship, but I also want to wear the red of the Bulls one day.

Anyone else having trouble equipping compression shorts and a undershirt? I press X to equip and it doesn't equip it, but it'll equip knee sleeves.

This isn't exactly answering your question, but it plays along with it. Whenever I put on my white compression sleeve for home games, it always seems to be black in the game, then I figure the next game they will still be black...THEN they decide to be white! When I equip a white sleeve, I want the sleeve to be white no matter what, it's dumb that all my gear is always white when we're on the road, it looks dumb as hell. Oh yeah and I equipped a headband just for the heck of it to see what would happen, and it doesn't even work! I played 2 games and never saw it. Accessories are a disaster 2K, patch this please!

Would anyone here recommend starting a MyCareer now or rather wait till a patch and or roster update comes? I'm looking into starting one but wanted to see if anyone would object.

It's the only thing I play, so much more involved than any other Myplayer/Career out there. I missed a lot of Free throws one game, Mayo took me aside and had me shoot FT until I could hit 50 shots without missing more then one at time.

Some of the talks are funny, but most of them have given me a real connection to the team that drafted me. It doesn't feel like grind like the past Mycareer did, like I said its all I play.
I love it and wish I had a football version.

I think MYCAREER just got permanently FUBAR'd. I missed a lot of shots, got the scripted make 20 jumpshots cutscene, but when I go to the gym they don't count any of my made shots. I'm stuck at 0/20 and I can only EXIT or GO TO PARK. I can't find a way to get back to the game. \

Can anyone help? This is BS. I was really enjoying the mode but if this is a bug/glitch and it makes it so I can't play anymore (very deep into 1st season) then I'm done with it. Game crashing bugs kill a game for me.

I would wait till the patch drops and the roster update ..what im doing anyway so there isn't any problems

Did you have it on real %? happens if you did..i guess you'll have to wait for the patch now

Ahh yeah I play on real percentage... didn't realize that caused a bug. Good grief there are so many little bugs in this mode. I've got no problem waiting for the patch, I just hope it lets me continue my MYCAREER. I use real ft % and I made the 50 FTs in a row, strange that real shooting % causes this glitch.

I've been following this thread ever since the game dropped in the US (launches tomorrow here in Sweden) and it's been a real treat hearing all the stories, but very alarming that so many people are experiencing bugs in just about every facet of the mode. It's ridiculous that you can't play the mode with custom rosters, so I'm probably going to wait for an update in that department, and if I'm reading the news coming in correctly, that update is on the back burner while they sort out all the server related issues.

Next gen game indeed. Next gen graphics, next gen gameplay, next gen modes, next gen issues...

This video by chris smoove kinda has me worried. Just watch the end with the scene. He put up good number and was player of the game but due to the scripting and having to follow such a "brilliant" story, the coach said he didn't do that good and needs to cut his minutes. I hope this is just some kind of glitch or something. The whole storyline thing interfering with the actual gameplay is pissing me off. I don't know why 2k thought making a cliche storyline with unnecessary drama and events that script gameplay sequences was a good idea.

I'm gonna be really annoyed if this happens to me, i'm supposed to be getting close to starting(coach said he thinks i'm ready). Nobody asked for a storyline, especially one that makes some sequences predetermined no matter what lol.

I think the reason Smoove got chewed out by coach is because he didn't hit his dynamic goals. What I can tell from my small sample size is that accomplishing the game's dynamic goals will get you further along.

I'm probably more of a casual fan than most of you guys on here, but I've really enjoyed reading your stories about MyCareer. I've got a 6'7 all-around SF. Drafted to the Suns w/ the 5th pick. I'm a sixth man right now getting 12, 8, and 9. I really wanted an Andre Iguodala type player and I'm pretty pleased with his career so far.

whats your standing and regular layup? whats your shoot in traffic? very important stats
