I got a refund for 2k14 from sony. My girl called customer service and told them how the game was broken. How the park didn't work and all of the server issues. This was about 2 weeks after launch. I downloaded digitally. She had to argue for 30 minutes for customer service to put in a request for a refund.

It took sony about a week to email me and say the refund was coming. Then it took 2 weeks for the money to go back into my wallet. (Ps4).

Best part about it I still have the game. And can play it when it works. I can't delete it off my hard drive or I will have to buy it.

REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE. I BOUGHT NFS RIVALS WITH THE MONEY. GREAT GAME!!!

I've been pretty patient through all of this, but now it's getting really ridiculous...

• I can get into MyCareer but it will not save my progress after I've completed a game... it crashes after a game and the save doesn't count the game as being completed
• When I go to The Park it's filled with 40+ people running around trying to get into games but no games are playing because it's bugged. Several people with 25 overall characters
• My character's appearance will not save, I need to customize him every time I boot up the game
• My MyGM save will not load, corrupted
• MyTeam will not load or will crash immediately after loading
• Quick games online disconnect due to "a network issue" in the first half and have huge lag spikes.

I was so excited for next-gen 2K but wow... this game is so broken it's ridiculous. I'm not a FPS guy and not a fan of FIFA this year (crashes after I play a FUT game) so it looks like I have a brand new PS4 that will sit around and collect dust. Awesome.

Same here, 90 Sf and now I'm a nameless all around 70 over C. Oh did I mention I spent money for vc shoes too? Bull**** 2K, is Live having any of these problems? I know it's not as pretty but can you at least play the damn game? Didn't have any issues until they "fixed" the servers yesterday.

Signed up to this site as I have been watching the thread.

I'm a casual player so I bought some VC and started running through MyCareer. Level 90 player, three quarters through and now I have a SF, OVR 79 with ***** as my name. Once it tries to load it crashes to XB1 dashboard.

I already have a ticket open as I bought some dunk packages and other attributes previous and they all went missing.

Figure I am out 35-45K VC on the first issues over the last few days and if my player is lost now, I would be out around 100K in upgrades I did with purchased VC.

Worked for me yesterday, now my myCareer save file says 79 sf instead of pg and crashes when loading. Also it the load up screen says starring ********************** instead of a name. MyGM has the correct file name (lakers2014) but crashes when loading.

Experiencing the same issue.

Why can't 2k just use Microsofts dedicated servers for Xbox One, then use their servers only for PS4. Wouldn't that help solve the problem?

Any developer can use the MS Azure regardless of platform. I.e. PS4 games could run out of the Azure cloud.

I didn't know it was also showing the 70 overall C to other people too. To be honest the fact that its happening and showing the same exact thing to other people gives me a little more hope I will get my myplayer back.

So not only have they ripped us off with the game itself, but so many people have lost VC because of the game as well....

I have to ask, just how much money has 2K literally stolen from gamers this year?

Makes you wonder doesn't it? I mean if you have 100,000 people buy VC at 4.99 and they don't receive it, 2k just made 500,000 dollars. Crazy to think about.

Even if 20k people buy it and don't receive it that's 100 grand right there. Man 2k is stingy, or take two, or virtual concepts. Whoever is causing this needs to nip it in the bud

Unstable for 4-5 days. 2-3 days were offline the entire day. 2K step your game up and I can't believe major gaming websites aren't covering this.
