Anybody having success now?

I can play (trying not to touch MyCareer), but it isn't my player, lost OVR and a ton of VC I put in the previous player. My remaining purchased VC dropped from 30K to just over 1K

Servers were working great for me.. Now it's a complete nightmare! Everytime I try to play my cousin on a private match up we both get 2K Sports server is not available at this time. NBA Today screen is not working, and it's kicking me out of the game with the known "CE- [Insert bunch of random numbers here]". When I start the game it gets stuck in a black screen, it either takes a long time loading or I have to exit and restart the game.

If you download the game from psn SONY will refund you AND you get to keep the game!!!!

Is this a cruel ****ing joke? I can't even access myteam and anyway, 10,000 points isn't even enough for one historic pack.
