I do a 30 team control My League, but only play with the Pacers. Its unfortunately the only way to go if you want realism, so that's why I use 30 team control. Thru the 1st season I follow box scores to set team lineups and rotations, as well as following real life transactions, injuries. After that 1st season then I tend to let things play out as they may.

Since the devs scrwed things up to where you have to do basically everything for teams with 30 team control as far s trades and signings go this yr, would prefer it to go back to how it was on the old console for Associations where you could set things to auto for other teams, I will probably makes realistic moves to build teams. No faster than Im going with My League, the 2-16 season might be herebefore I finish this 1st season, so I might follow the next season to that of real life as well. Because if 2k don't make some changes and fixes I want tos ee I wont buy NBA2k16. Just sick of some of the BS these guys cause with the game.

Back to My League as I haven't been playing much lately but played a game today to fall to 1-6 with my Pacers. Been rough start to the season fro me, with all the injured players. Unfortunately Im playing as bad to start the season as the Pacers did IRL too,lol.

I do 59 games and just control my team. And then I download fictional draft classes

Any recommendations on draft classes for the ps4?

I am restarting myGM and hoping to not neglect it like I did the first time.

I first checked the draft class that has the most DLs (ps4) but I think that creator went a little overboard with the badges.

After year 1 I usually start using fictional classes. Any good ones that are well balanced?

Currently using the Sim-Worlds Rosters, and had a hell of a lot of fun doing ht off-season stuff!

I simmed through the first season keeping everything in check with the current NBA, trades, signings, etc controlling all 30 teams!

Houston Rockets swept the Cavaliers in the finals 4-0!, James Harden taking him the playoff MVP.

I went all in for Greg Monroe as my major free agent signing, and I didn't land him, he decided to sign with New York. I did add Khris Middleton who has fit this team really well, adding a much needed 3pt shooter.
Lowry, Derozan and Middleton really work well together on the floor so far, using Middleton to knock down 3's of plays like Rip 3 Quick 13, and Fist Quick 3 has become a serious weapon!. I also added Steve Nash to the assistant coaching panel and have put coach Dwayne Casey on notice!.

Just played a great game against Orlando, with Khris Middleton sinking the shot to win the game!

Every time I advance to the 1st offseason in year 1 LeBron signs with Denver.

I tried running myleague but the I miss the GM features.

Thinking about restarting again and manipulating contracts to keep him in Cleveland. It looks like once they resign Love they no longer have the funds to pay LeBron. Should be the other way around

quick question that hopefully hasnt been answered already, kind of hard to read the entire thread...

I'm in the free agent signing period, have 11 players on my roster and I've made 6 qualifying offers to RFA's. When three of those RFA's have signed contracts that I can match, I'm not allowed to sign any of them because I'm over the roster limit. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

11 + 6 would put me over the max roster size so it shouldnt the game have prevented me from making 6 qualifying offers?

Maybe, but they don't because it's not a guarantee that all 6 will accept.

Is anyone else having a problem with big name free agents? Almost all the time, all the free agents are signed during the season, leaving no big names when it comes to the offseason. That means missing out on Deandre Jordan, Lamarcus Aldridge, Kevin Durant, Jimmy Butler, Russell Westbrook etc.

Realistically this wouldn't happen, players do actually hit the market sometimes. Is there any way to turn off CPU signings mid season or something?

In Myleague settings try to lower the "cpu re-signing aggressiveness" slider

I never changed the settings and lots of big names hit free agency. I must be 5 or 6 years in and Durant just became available, however he decided to resign with OKC. I signed Lebron in year 2 (2015).
