Just finished Round 2 of the 2018 Playoffs. I defeated the Pelicans in 6 games with the Jazz. Anthony Davis is a machine. The dude had 24+ points each game aside from Game 6, where he scored just 15.
In Game 1, Rudy Gobert almost had a triple double in points, rebounds, and blocks. He had 13 points, 19 boards, and 8 swats. I won the game 104 to 96 in New Orleans.
Game 2 was a Utah victory 101 to 94. Hayward finished with 25 points and 8 baords, while Favors had 16 points, 7 boards, 2 steals, and 2 blocks.
Game 3 in Utah was a Pelican victory 90 to 88. Anthony Davis finished with 29 points, 12 boards, and 4 assists. We shot just 50% from the free throw line.
Game 4 was another Pelican victory, as they won 100 to 86. Jrue Holiday finished with 22 points and 10 assists. Exum had 24 points and 5 assists in the loss, though.
Game 5 was a 93 to 90 victory for the Jazz. Despite the New Orleans frontcourt of Anthony Davis and Derrick Rivers combining for 44 and 18, the Jazz were able to get it done, mostly thanks to Hayward's 36 points.
Game 6 was won in pretty convincing fashion, 85 to 75. Davis had just 15 points and 15 boards, while the leading scorer for all players was Hayward with 17. 3rd year big man Denis Hammonds came off of the bench to provide 13 points and 8 boards in 21 minutes.

The #1 seed Portland Trail Blazers took on the #5 seed Minnesota Timberwolves. The Wolves, led by Andrew Wiggins, DeMarcus Cousins, Zach LaVine, and head coach Kevin Garnett, won the series in 6 games. LaMarcus Aldridge injured his knee in Game 3, and he did not return in the series. The Wolves will take on my Jazz in the Western Conference Finals.
---------------
Out East, the #1 Philadelphia 76ers were taken out in 5 games by the Indiana Pacers. Indiana made the Finals last year and lost in 7 games to the OKC Thunder after being down 3-0 in the series. Philly big man Joel Embiid suffered a high ankle sprain during the 2nd game and did not return in the series. Starting point guard for the Sixers Julio Carter missed the 2nd game of the series with a sore ankle. Indiana was led by Paul George, Kent Bazemore, George Hill, and Roy Hibbert.
---------------
The #2 seeded Cavs and the #3 seeded Bulls faced off in the 2nd round, as well. The series was never close, to be honest. Cleveland swept the Bulls in 4 games, ending Kobe Bryant's rookie season as head coach for Chicago. Tristan Thompson suffered a Lower Leg Stress Fracture during the series and is out for the remainder of the playoffs.

Wolves Lineup:
PG: Jevon Porter (79)
SG: Zach LaVine (80)
SF: Andrew Wiggins (89)
PF: Gorgui Dieng (80)
C: DeMarcus Cousins (91)
6th: Anthony Bennett, PF (81)
7: Lou Williams, SG (80)
8: Cory Joseph, PG (78)
9: Shabazz Muhammad (77)
Gonna be a tough series for me. They have a lot of depth and quite a few guys that can fill it up and explode at any point. Andrew Wiggins is averaging 22.2 points a night, along with 8 boards in the playoffs. Cousins is at 21.6 and 10.5. Tough duo.
