Yes, same here. It's probably because KD is on the cover this year... there is too much frustrating BS in this game this year in my opinion!

      Finisher?

Do you mean the one-main fast break or transition finisher? If so, I've got both. You pretty much have to have 15/20 points invested in athlete and, when you grab a 'bound, sprint like hell from one end of the court to the other. It helps also to have the killer crossover. What I did was swing right, then left, doing a deadly animation that got me past the first defender at the three-point line and a free run to the basket.

I'm not sure whether it was that I did it three or four times in one game, or that I was doing it in back-to-back games, that opened it up for me, but it's possible.

          Touché.

But I'll put it like this: have you ever seen Tony Parker shoot a fall-away jumper with the shot clock running down? Maybe once in his entire career in real life? Try three times in one game on NBA 2K15.

I finally got a hang on this game I went down to superstar and focus more on learning the shot stick, and getting used to the shooting fatigue. And its more enjoyable playing in the offense getting your teammates in the flow. And taking over games late 3rd goin into the 4th. Im on hof now and I don't look at the shot meter I look at my player release and it helps
The only draw back is on defense when you do everything right and cpu still score. But that will be pacth in due time. 6ft 10 small forward/ power forward two forward hof/sim

Every big man in 2K shoots like Dirk from 15 feet.. even Pekovic has a tall fadeaway jumper in 2K. It's like they're all carbon copies per position.. making the same non-existent (in real life) shots all the time

To add to this, is my (2nd) major 2K complaint.. Pekovic has now shot OVER 10 3's in this season after NEVER putting one up in real life in his NBA career.. and made 3 of them, one a buzzer beater.

My first complaint is off topic from the amazing shot making.. is still that my SG becomes the inbound passer late in games requiring me to bust my butt/turbo to get down court before there are 13 seconds left in the possessions..it's like a 'screw you for working to try and win, now you're the in-bounder in the back court so you can't come down and score

                  Tell me about it.

You know what irks me, though? Unless you have On Court Coach, which I'm just lucky to have, the point guard of whatever team you're on will completely ignore your request for a pass when you're WIDE open and dribble around like a moron until the shot clock is down to five and THEN run straight into a camped lane and try to shoot, all six foot of him, over a power forward and centre standing like tree trunks at the restricted zone.

How realistic is that? Jesus, 2K, at least do your homework and understand that every b'ball team employs one common strategy: moving the ball. They don't give the ball to the one guard and have him play hero ball.

The worst part is: that ball goes into the post to any centre or power forward, and they suddenly become Michael Jordan. I haven't seen a turnaround, fadeaway jumper miss from a big man YET, and I'm halfway through my second season at this stage. You might as well not even bother contesting the shot. It's going in.

Haha ye, seeing Perkins scoring with post fadeaway's made me cry and laugh at the same time. Also in my game against the Thunder my coach asked for defensive rebounds, but I couldn't get any because all their shots went in. That was on HoF default though. I went on a 10 loosing streak, changed it to simulation and now feels like the cpu misses shots at times. Against the Magic I went 27 pts 29 rbs and we finally won a game.

Now that Derrick Williams isn't getting any playing time, my next mission is to make sure Ray McCallum never sees the court. He gets his 6 minutes per game right now and whenever he's in they call this play where he runs the PNR with Boogie and I stand in the corner. And McCallum always shoots!! He's on my list.

Also on my list is gonna be Nik Stauskas if he can't starting defending better. Granted he's been on Kobe and Klay Thompson but the dude has just been getting torched. I'm not sure if McLemore would be a better fit for this line-up solely because he's a marginally better defender. The one time I wish some of the old coach interactions were in the game. I'd have Stauskas coming off the bench for sure.

This mode needs alot of work, not just cpu teammate AI. With me being 69 OVR I shouldn't be leading my team in points AND rebounds. It's pretty ridiculous.

Also, why am I covering players like Lebron James and KD being that I'm a SF? Not very realistic. And what's funny is, I played against Lebron and was able to limit him to just 15 points all game. I even blocked two of his shots.

                            -_-

                            MyGM anyone?
