No its 100, it says so pretty clear, "You have unlocked 85 of 100 upgrades" etc

Just finished up my first season playing SG for the Suns. Was kind of upset we didn't make the playoffs and that my teammates were so trash, but that didn't matter too much since I left that team in free agency and joined the Miami Heat. Really looking forward to a fresh start to the season and some much better teammates.

Teams operate alot different depending on you position.
I play on the Suns on my first and second season and they are great, both in execution offence and defence, second one i mostly because i play center.


Most people seem to play positions where they have the ball alot, and that seem to make your teammates worse.


Finished first season with 47 wins and won the Championship.
To bad we lost Gerald Green in off season he is great to have on fastbreaks and as a spot up shooter.

How many badges did you guys get in your first year? I had about 12 and I simmed games.

got about 20-24 badges about 8-9 upgradable.

i have played on both pro default and hof sim, dont see any difference in how my teammates act at all.


And cpu dont play better on either difficult setting, only difference is that on hof sim, when your on the bence they magicaly score alot of points.




i usally play about 10 games then switch just to see if its all in my head.

10 of the light blue and 2 bronze.. the upgradable kind of course

8 light blue 3 bronze (the ones you get pretty much automatically, volume and the 2 PnR ones). 18 games into year 2 and still nothing, stopped simming games for now to hopefully get more badges. I don't want to turn down the difficulty or do anything unrealistic to 'farm' them though, so maybe I just shouldn't worry about getting any more.

I dont have 2k15 yet, so I hope someone can help me: I dont have a kinect sensor right now but I will have one later this year. If I start mycareer right now, can I edit my player later in the career and use facescan? or do I have to start again if I want to give him my face?

Yes, 100 is the maximum upgrades possible.

Unless you're a center or a power forward, you don't need to invest in rebounding ever. What you lack in boxout skill, you make up for in sheer speed and vertical leap. I'm averaging 9.5 rebounds a game as a shooting guard. Granted, I'm 6'8", but it doesn't really matter. Rebounding in the game is about positioning and timing, and not about points invested in the skill. Once you reach 400 career rebounds, you'll get tenacious rebounder, which will help with offensive rebounds, but there's absolutely no reason to invest points in rebound if you're going to max out athlete.

I had the same experience. On Rookie my team is as dump as on HoF, yet the other teams defense is a lot weaker against me (not my team) so I can score pretty easy. And yes, the "HoF bench cheese" is real. It happens on other difficulties too though. It's super frustrating when you do a 10 point comeback and get hit by that. I know that this happens in real life too but c'mon! No one would let the top scorer sit on the bench for so long if that happens.

Also: I watch a lot of Youtube videos (Smoove etc) and what I noticed is that they make open shots on HoF with C- or even D grade and still score yet I'm having trouble to score wide open with a B or better.

Alpha Dog, Closer, Cool and Collected, Defensive Anchor, Enforcer, Fierce Competitor, Floor General, Friendly, Laid Back, Low Ego, Mind Games, On Court Coach, Pat My Back, Prime Time, Road Dog, Spark Plug.

Ones I really want:

Another thing that I have noticed is bad passes. This started mid. 2nd season. I throw them so high that it seems like a glitch. I mean no one would throw it 3 feet over every ones head if the guy stands just a short distance away. Also the normal pass button (A) does a bounce pass when it doesn't make sense most of the time. Don't do bounce passes when there is an extra button combination for that! That cost me so many turnovers it's not even funny.

Edit: to add to the open shot problem: I can't even hit open A- shots with 85 outside shooting and those guys on Youtube hit them with D's! Wtf is up with that?

And one tip: if you're struggling with your team try setting the offensive to "freelance". It works wonders sometimes. Way better than the Rockets standard "Motion Cuts". It helped me to get a lot more assists!
