I simmed like the last 12 games of my rookie season I think because the Bucks were literally so bad I considered giving up on the mode, however I havent noticed a huge setback in the storyline so far. My friend didnt sim her entire first season and we noted that my deals have only been delayed by pretty much a week each time. The way im going, it looks like im going to get the shoe deal mid-late December, as she got hers around early December.

So for those of you who want to sim games, it's better if you do it during your first season for minimal damage to the storyline. Also note that i cracked the starting lineup fairly early my first season, so I had already played like 14 games before i started simming, which may explain why the storyline picked up so early in my 2nd season.

Anyone else ever experience a problem after you pick your intro music? I pick the song and it just says loading forever.

Hate how instead of a regular pass, They have to do a bounce pass. That's how I always turn it over in the key... 6 turnovers... But I did get 21 rebounds as a PG so I got that going

Ok, I guess I'll pick the game up soon so I get a break from fifa. Btw the problems you guys are talking about in this thread are defintely frustrating, but they are nothing compared with what fifa players have to suffer from. People get hacked, people play online games and randomly get losses because of ea's horrible servers and I don't even want to talk about the broken gameplay...

so I just had my progress after a game wiped out. Finished the game, saw the VC I earned, then went to quit-- and then I get a PS4 message that there was a server error. When I restarted, I had to play the game all over again-- and earn the VC all over again too.

this ever happen to anyone else?

Yeah it's happened to me a couple times, it's incredibly frustrating. I've been saving and quitting about half way through the game. I found that if I do that, I only have to start off again where I saved. Tedious, but it can be a time saver.

Yall missed this game I had last night against the Cavs. Lebron was out 1-2 weeks with a broken leg so it was just Kyrie and Love vs me and Melo.

The Cavs hit everything, got every rebound, Kyrie played like a man possessed but my player stayed the course and put up 33 points in Regulation. Down 3 at the end of regulation Melo hits a big game tying 3 to send it to OT. Down 3 we send Love to the line with 35 seconds left in OT, he splits the pair and I run down the court and hit a perfect release three to trim the lead to four. Kyrie gets put on the line, sinks both and then I immediately run down the court and hit a bomb three from a few feet behind the line to tie the game. (Even Kevin Harlan said: "RIGHT BETWEEN THE EYES") To double OT we go.

And to make a long story short we hit our shots in Double OT and won the game. Easily the most fun I've had playing a game this year besides my scoring duel with James Harden. But if they had Lebron they likely would have won.

I can't understand the want for simming in MC. I mean, if that's the way you want to play, it's cool it's available, but I'm genuinely curious. What is the point of not playing games? I can understand it in other modes, but my career? I don't get it.

Same reason some real life players don't try as hard in the regular season...doesn't mean much until the playoffs ^ ^

Also time. I want to play a full career, but if I played every game that's around 50 minutes of my day per game, over 82 games, that's nearly 70 hours for just one season! Not even counting playoffs. And I plan to be in the league at least 15 years.

8 light blue 3 bronze (the ones you get pretty much automatically, volume and the 2 PnR ones). 18 games into year 2 and still nothing, stopped simming games for now to hopefully get more badges. I don't want to turn down the difficulty or do anything unrealistic to 'farm' them though, so maybe I just shouldn't worry about getting any more.

I wouldn't call volume shooter a badge you get automatically.. 23 is the most shots I've taken in a a game and I TRY to make a point of not getting to 25.. I don't WANT that badge

Also: I watch a lot of Youtube videos (Smoove etc) and what I noticed is that they make open shots on HoF with C- or even D grade and still score yet I'm having trouble to score wide open with a B or better.

I watch smoove and after editing for time he almost exclusively shows shots he hits, not all the ones he misses. Sometimes I look up and he's at 42% FG and all I've seen is made shots in the vid

That being said, I get the same impression, and jump shot that isn't an A isn't going in most nights. Feels like B shots are maybe 30%. At maxed out 95 shooting and I still suck and jumpers and rely mostly on drives to the hoop...I need a shot doctor to help me out.

Yes this happened to me a lot.
Also, you want to do a quick pass and your guy does this slow wind up motion instead of throwing it quickly so the other team gets there in time... frustrating.

I'm trying to count my games played and it seems like I'm at 29 games played with no shoe deal. Very frustrating. And mycareer is just getting dull to me. Especially when I have 25 badges and deadeye and shot creator are reaaaally hard to get. Not to mention I play a game and after the game in the tunnel Demarcus cousins is mixed in with me and my 76er teammates and pulls me off to the side and starts scolding me about losing. So a guy in a kings uniform not on my team is my teammate mentor..2k sucks lol

So, after dominating the season opener of my 2nd season.. my SECOND game of the 2nd season the Wolves are back to the team I HATED my rookie season .. we're down 23-11 with 2 minutes left in the first quarter.. my SG can't shoot this game either (1 of 4, with 3 missed jumpers and a layup made).. maybe it's part of the script? Sacramento shooting 61%.. that's back on par with the CPU from rookie season also.

The Kings are getting ALL of their own misses inside also, so I have ZERO boards in the first quarter myself

Flip Saunders is now coaching Sacramento.. .. 2K really messed up with this Doc Rivers crap in your second season.. not that I don't like the guy and think he's a great NBA mind, he's not the Wolves coach and neither is Flip the Kings coach
