So I just got the chance to select what shoe company I want. I think I may have figured out what the triggers are. For those who don't and do have it answer this: Did you get all of the major endorsements first? i.e State Farm A/B, Gatorade or Sprite, Sprint A, and then clench a playoff spot?

This seems like the most reasonable set of triggers. I did all of the following, and then had a press conference after my 50th win of the season. Apparently that was a game to guarantee a playoff spot. Right after that Jackson Ellis showed up again. While I technically didn't receive Sprint B, it's only a matter of time before the playoffs start and I'll get that too. I have 4.97 million fans, so I doubt that's a trigger. I'm guessing it's the last major endorsement.

That's such a huge disparity between you two lol.

I guess that makes me feel better that I haven't had it yet, November of Season #2.

Any idea what triggered it? A terrible shooting game or something?

I must have shot bad I guess.. don't remember, other than having a shoot-around with Corey Brewer (I think) in the empty arena after a game

I never received any other endorsement deal than the State Farm one. Dunno why. 100 games played so far. Every one is acting like I'm the rookie again though. I think something bugged out on me.

I picked up my second upgradeable badge (Tenacious Rebounder) last night, and I made a note to take screenshots for statistical purposes.

I'd heard that 450 was the low mark for getting it. With rebounding stats at 81 and a Hustle at 89/91 (forgot which), I got it right after cresting 400 rebounds (the game before this one saw me net 16 boards).

Hey guys, i was just wondering what i'm missing out on not being on the doc rivers team after my rookie season.
When i had to make my decision in free agency i stuck with the bucks (I'm a PG) and decided not to go to the knicks just yet. The bucks really didnt work out in year 2 though, especially after they just randomly added ramon sessions as the 5th 70+ rated point guard.
Anyways i asked for a trade to the knicks which got through but now i seem to have very few cut scenes. Are the majority of the cut scenes in season 2 with Doc Rivers?

Well Cleveland sucks as PG, I get too much time as SG which I don't like so I requested a trade. Denied. I decided to sim the rest of the season and now I'm at OKC. Westbrook moved permanently to SG (the position he should also play in real life imho) and I'm PG. This works really good actually. First game I was 31/4/14. Pretty good help on offense from everyone.

And the story seems to finally move along, after the game behaved like I'm a rookie again the season before. I just had the Pharrell cut scene happen. Still waiting on my shoe deal though. OKC was the lowest paying team so I just get 500vc at the most which sucks. The Pacers offered me 750 for 3 years which is insane. But I prefer winning lol

I don't understand how all these people have such high OVR's. I'm in my 2nd year and I'm only 74 as a PG. I'm getting about 600-700 VC per game or so.

Upgraded my 6'0 pg to a 91 and after the following game unlocked floor general and on court coach. Bout to win the chip with the 76ers and their crazy good defense. If we had another scorer no one could stop us.

I have a few questions:

1. How did you get your OVR to a 91? What attributes did you work on when you first started?
2. Are you in your second year? Third year?
3. How many VC are you getting per game?
4. What kind of stats are you putting up each game?
5. What difficulty are you playing on?
6. What was your normal attack plan when you first started? Just drive to the basket and get fouls? I can't hit shots for the life of me.

Any tips? I'm a PG but I can't seem to get amazing stats.

91 ovr?? What season are you on, im finishing up December my second year and just now hit 80 ovr.

And am I the only one who still rarely gets fouls called when driving to the basket? Im a self-proclaimed slasher since thats what I do for most of my offense and only get to the line once a game.
