Honestly, I play a LOT of them early on. As the season progresses, I kind of pick & choose. Since I'm also putting the series on YouTube, I try to make sure that I play big match-ups or important games as much as possible.

Re: NBA 2K15 (Next Gen.) Official MyCAREER Thread
Do you guys play every game? I'm currently on 9 minute quarters and in years past I've done 12. I want to play every game but I also want to get in multiple seasons, with 12 minute quarters I don't see that happening.
SleepyShotta do you find HOF Sim to be okay? I haven't tried it this year, I've played it in all years past. I've heard it's really cheesy
Yes I find HOF Sim to be okay. I'm a pass first PG on the NYK(I only average 15ppg) and we just finished 3rd in the East. It is definitely cheesy, because 2K just has to let the CPU do things to make the game more challenging on the more difficult levels I guess. Just not the right things.
Oh, and I play every game, but that's because as usual I'm going for an all-time record this year. Last year was the all-time scoring record, and this year I'm going for John Stockton's assists and steals records.

Re: NBA 2K15 (Next Gen.) Official MyCAREER Thread
Given their absurd success rate, I don't see why the CPU doesn't just dribble the air out of the ball until there's 3 seconds left on the shot clock and then jack up an 18+ footer. I swear they make it 80% of the time, regardless of how heavily contested the shot is.Comment

Getting in multiple seasons is just a matter of committing to the time. One of my biggest faults is that as the season progresses I get interested in the real-life NBA storylines of the season (eg the Hawks this year) and I get anxious to tie into them ingame.
The way VC is structured this year, means there is a lot less incentive to make multiple files this year. This year I will have 2 PGs and 1 Center. This is the lowest number of guys I've ever had in MC.
It is much better to go in-depth this year then sample everything shallow.Comment

Does the game acknowledge in any way you breaking the record?... My bet is that it doesn't but if you reak one of the all-time best records it should.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 (Next Gen.) Official MyCAREER Thread
How often do you get to be in press conferences?
I'm not seeing a lot of them. I just played a game in my 2nd year. My player just got career high 36 points 6 blocks and finished with 6 boards and 7 assists.
Apart from the after game chat with Dorris about my points career high there was nothing except for a cut scene with Doc telling me he's happy with my rebounding. Nothing else,no press conference Or anythingComment

Re: NBA 2K15 (Next Gen.) Official MyCAREER Thread
I play every game...9 mins SIM.
Im glad the press conferences are not after every game like in past years. I am not seeing a lot of cheese from the CPU like others are saying. Most of the turnovers i have are bad passes i throw.
I just cant wait to get to ASW.
Has anyone done the Dunk Contest or 3Pt contest? Are they the same as last year?Comeback can happen...thanks to EA Sports!Comment

Played Game 2 of the Quarter Finals against the Kings and I went off. I was trying to pass Jordan record for points but fell one point off of tying it. Ended up with 62 points, 15 boards, 11 assist, like 3-5 steals, and shot around 60-70% that game most of the game until the end. Probably my best shooting percentage since the patch came out. Going to try to sweep them this week.Comment
