Try New Orleans, I'm a SG with them and AD is not a real superstar for them. I wish I can get AD and My Center to play well and get rebound for me. I'm in my 2 year and I'm almost the guys with my status up to 80 right now.

Wow skipped right over this post Im with NO as a sg as well. Rated 83 Norris cole is our starter until Jrue comes back. we are 2-2 AD has had 2 20 point games but mostly off garbage points not really doing his thing.

Is it standard that every 7 games in mycarreer u get the option to upgrade more your player or is it random ?

I have an SG 2nd year playing for NO. For some reason the season started with jrue injured so we're 2-2. Only thing IO dont like is Anthony davis aint ballin out. NE 1 else playing for Pelicans?

I've played for the pelicans multiple times, but as a PG. You can still be really effective w/ a SG. As for the injuries, there's always someone going down on the Pels, both in the game and in real life lol. So you kinda have to just roll w/ it. As for AD, once you learn to play along side the guy he can be one of the most fun mycareer teammates. PICK AND ROLL. You can direct AD anywhere inside the two point arc off a p&r with confidence he'll make good on it. Not to mention the lob opportunities.

Is it standard that every 7 games in mycarreer u get the option to upgrade more your player or is it random ?

Every 7 games you unlock another 'bar' of upgrades

I'm in the process of trying to break his assists in a season and assists per game record with my SF. I'm at ~900 total and 14.3 apg with ~30 games left to play.

My PG performs eerily similar to yours man. Nothing like making the perfect pass to a teammate and watching the ball tickle the twine lol. I almost never shoot over 15 shots a game, all w/n the flow of our offense. My stats @ the 61 game mark are approximately 18ppg, 22 assists, 5 rebounds, 5 steals, 3 blocks. Idk if I have the wherwithal to beat Stockton's record, but I love seeing the other three of my big 4 averaging over 20ppg. 12min quarters on HOF

Wow that is eerily similar. As a PG, all I want to do is set up my teammates and get them going from beginning to end. I even have games where I don't score at all, usually versus lesser teams. You know on HOF it's tough to not score and win. Most of my points are WIDE open layups or dunks, because if a defender tries to help off my man I try to capitalize. Anyway, I have almost 6,000 assists and I'm still nowhere near Stockton's record.

It's fun setting up teammates, I'd rather set up them up than score. As it stands now I have Big Al at 20+ ppg, Hairston at 14 ppg and Millsap at 9 ppg, while I'm averaging 35 ppg on my SF. Tony Parker is too old and slow to get by people and score and is not a reliable shooter since we traded away Walker I've added about 5 ppg and Millsap has lost about 3 ppg. The game after we traded for Parker I scored had to score 75 for 6 point win, I played the 1-4 at some point in that game. I'm really missing Walker's 15 ppg and 7.8 apg.

So this is weird I was playing my first game as a laker on my career and as I walk to the bench to sit and notice I'm sitting next to Kobe because his number is 24. only problem is this guy has a Mohawk. I just think it's wierd some 50 ovr scrub is allowed to where the legendary 2-4 on his shirt and even weirder since Kobe is still on the team. And it's really confusing when I play since he is 7th in rotation (we got hit hard by injuries in the first 3 games of the season) and I pass to him thinking it's Kobe due to the number only to have him do some dumb **** and turn the ball over

Definitely agree with the guys saying passing is more fun than scoring. In one of my playoff games last season I didn't take a single shot, just ran the offense and worked to get my team mates open. Passed up on so many easy buckets but I ended up with like 15 assists which isn't anywhere near my career high but it was more than what I'd been getting prior to that game.

I once tried to not shoot a single basket in a game in MyPlayer and I got 24 assists and 14 rebounds.

Had 10 TOs tho.

Yeah, the last time I tried that, I had 20 assists in the first half and then it seemed like the game wouldn't let me get anymore until I started attacking/scoring. I finished that game with 25 points and 28 assists at 3-4 from the field and 18/23 from the FT line and we won on a PJ Hairston go ahead 3 with about 6 seconds to go.

I'm trying to get Hairston 6th Man Of The Year, but it's tough. He's averaging almost 15 ppg in 18 mpg off the bench and he's in the top 10 in 3FGM and 3PT%, all the other players are averaging more mpg but less ppg. I wanted to get him the Most Improved Player as well, but Kyrie pretty much has that sealed this year; he's averaging 25 ppg, 5.3 apg and 4.6 rpg, after the game played him all 82 games last season with a messed up back and he only averaged 1.9 ppg, 2.5 apg and 0.7 rpg in 8.1 mpg. I guess it will have to wait until next season, if we don't trade him away, I hope we don't trade him.
