So, my 7'0" 257lbs PF/C is averaging 9.7ppg 7.7rpg 1.2bpg in 12mpg and the Raptors haven't locked me up yet. There isn't a team in the NBA that wouldn't be throwing buckets of cash at someone that size putting up those numbers in such short time (low post scorer / athlete).

We (the Suns) got bounced in the first round of the playoffs by the Clippers 4 games to 2. Funniest thing was Chris Paul trying to throw 2394872349823 alley-oops that went nowhere. The first game, he had 11 turnovers, ALL from failed alley-oops!

I now am with the Bulls as the starting SG on a 2 year contract. Should be a fun ride with them...hopefully.

I'm 2 of 8 shooting against the Bulls.. every miss has been a layup.. haven't even attempted a jumper .. my SG layup and standing layup attributes are in the mid 70's if not higher.. ended the first half 3 of 11 shooting.. I even pump faked Butler out of his shoes.. and MISSED the easy layup off the rim and out.. so much for the badge about not getting cold.. EASY shots for ANY basketball player are misses with this SG.

Down 51-37 at the half.. yep.. 37 points in the first half.. Rose is shooting worse than me.. 2 of 13 yet they're still shooting 51% as a team. Weird to not be down 30 points but still blatantly obvious we can't win when they put a lid on my SG.

I was mentioning previously that starter minutes are a joke.. Rubio played 8 minutes in the first half and Martin played 7.. seriously.. why even have starters... Barea has been playing more minutes than Rubio and he's terrible in 2k.

My own shart chart takes up the entire semi-circle under the rim for all the missed layups!

We just used our LAST timeout .. in the third quarter again.. to sub me in with 0.2 on the clock.. this has got to be a JOKE

I've now missed 10 layups in the game.. most barely contested or not at all.. 4 of 15 shooting overall.. after 3 quarters I'm the leading scorer on the team with 11 points.. down 80-58.. the deficit exploded while I sat a few minutes late in the third b4 coming on to waste the last timeout.

My guess is that it is to add to the whole 'My Career' experience. I wish we could just skip them though.

I have started 2 Careers, one as a PG and the other as a SF. SS/SIM settings, Auto-Play Calling Enabled.

I tried out for and made the Maverick squad with my PG. It took an A- grade to make the squad. Dirk is injured currently, out for 6 months it looks like. So far, it has been a lot of fun; my teammates are working well together both when I'm on the floor and when I am off. We are in 5th place in the Conference so far. Just signed for the year.

With my SF, I tried out for and made the Suns squad. It took a B+. The Markieff brothers are both injured on this squad - one of them is the mentor, it is weird knowing he is injured but seeing him ok in the cut-scenes. The Suns are doing very well - in 3rd place in the Conference curently - Eric Bledsoe and the Center (Plumbly?) are both doing awesome and with me at SF we are doing quite well. Just signed for the year.

So far, I am having a much better experience then others. IDK.

So far playing defense is very much like 2k14 - except exaggerated. This means I rarely press intense-d and I never touch turbo, except to get back on breaks.

There are teammate grades they added such as "forced a turnover" if you do well. It seems counter-intuitive but the best way of playing defense this year seems to be by being very "light" on the sticks.

Just had a first for me. Never happened to me playing '13 or '14. Got the about foul line, made a spin around the defender to drive to the basket. Whistle blows. Turnover. Traveling violation! How..random?

I had traveling in a similar situation - i replicated the call and it is related to the release - if it is beyond a threshold point, it triggers the traveling call. I don't know why it is the way it is.. I'm answering this here so I don't repost again.

74 OVR Center. Just had the best game of my career thus far; 40 points(19-30), 16 Reb, 6 AST, 4 steals, 6 blocks, 0 turn overs against the Trail Blazers. Honestly most proud of the turnover stat after the hilariously bad 7 turn over game I had against the Spurs a few games ago.

Game started off fairly bad, went in for (what I thought was) an open lane dunk and crashed into Kaman who jumped in outta nowhere. Broke his right ankle, no joke. Out for the season. I felt pretty bad as I played a lot with him as a teammate last year. They put Lopez on me for most of the rest of the game, until he sprained his right ankle. Sadly there was no press conference afterwards asking me why I hate right ankles.

The coach kept asking me to do really random stuff and was not happy that I was not capable. Unfortunately running the fast break as the slowest guy on the court doesn't work coach. I did manage to start a few, but he wasn't happy about that either as my objective for those was run the pick and roll.

Spent the final 4-5 minutes of the game trying to get that fifth steal for that 5x5 milestone. Couldn't pull it off, and embarrassed myself trying. Maybe some other time. Got to meet Pharrel Williams after the game, he seemed creeped out that I called out to him.

In the playoffs with the hornets here in year 1, we we're the 3 seed I think (tied with Miami, and played Indiana who was the 5 seed. But we're playing Cleveland the 2 seed in round 2 so idk..) anyways. We swept the Pacers GM1- W 100-75, GM2- W 82-73, GM3- W 91-72, GM4- W 92-88. Only thing for me is its too easy to get rebounds. Even as a 6'10" PF at a 75 rating I shouldn't be getting 20+ night in and night out. I like my spot on the team, making a nice inside combo with Al Jefferson, having Kemba/Lance/MKG in the perimeter.
As for the regular season, I simmed the easy W games, playing against the better teams. I averaged 12.9 PPG and 8.9 RPG on 56% shooting.
I like the gameplay, the defense is fun.
I like that the scores aren't 125-124 like in 14, makes 12 minute Quarters better

You move too much with the slightest press of the stick, gotta be so much more careful or the guy you're defending will blow by you in an instance it seems.

I've had some real trouble getting my player to contest shots of people I am not assigned to either, maybe I need to get my help defense IQ up? I go and push right stick towards them but it never does anything.

Sometimes all you can do is laugh. I just had Millsap bust a straight away 3 on me with 17 seconds left on the clock. Hey, if you know you ain't gonna miss, why not?
