I'm in Year 2 with the Celtics. (Play 1 Sim 4). I have locked up Rondo to a long term extension, gotten a good PF in the draft, and signed Rudy Gay. Would it make sense to deal Archie Bradley? We made the playoffs as a 8 seed last year and are expected to be a six to eight again this year.

Depending on what you are wanting in return Chicago would drool over having a guy like Bradley backing up Rose/Butler at the guard spots.

Bulls trade: Taj Gibson, Aaron Brooks, Nazr Mohammed

Thoughts?

Taj Gibson is worth starters, he'd start on almost any team in the league, he's so underrated.

Bulls would have a crowded front court, but I can't see why they'd say no. You could get Al Horford with this package.

Seeing as Bass is an expiring contract it would pretty much be Sully or Olynyk and a 1st for Gibson

Another option I was thinking about was sending McLemore and Thompson.

MIL Receive: Jason Thompson, Ben McLemore
SAC Receive: O.J.Mayo, John Henson, 1st Rd Pick

I like this trade ... I'd switch the draft pick onto the other side of the deal and make it a 2nd rounder, tho

Okay so just joined today after finding this on a google search for 2k trade ideas or rating system. So I've looked at about 35 pages so if i mention any trade in a late post i apologize now.

So I've started a MyGM with the Pelicans..... As the GM I'm looking to move Gordon and Anderson as they don't fit in what i want long term to fit with my MegaStar in Mr.Davis

Two trades i would be looking at towards the trade deadline would be


Hornets Get Pelicans Get

R.Anderson M.Kidd-Gilchrist
2017 1st P.J.Hairston
2018 2nd

The Hornets get true stretch four that will leave much space for BIG AL in the post, giving Kemba and Lance more space to run the floor with an unprotected 2017 1st round pick with a 2nd round pick in 2018.. While the Pelicans re-unite former college teammates at Kentucky where they won the 2012 National title, with a great shooter in Hairston.

Another idea would be to finally get rid of the worst match in NBA history in Eric Gordon we should have let him walk then. So knowing theres no way ill be able to get his contract off the books without taking back so here it goes....

Boston Gets Pelicans Get

Darius Miller Gerald Wallace
Jimmer Fredette Joel Anthony/Brandon Bass


This last on is a killer.. Big money is moving is anything missing with these trades, I'm looking for realism with these deals....

This last on is a killer.. Big money is moving is anything missing with these trades, I'm looking for realism with these deals....

The first trade is okay I think if you take Hairston and the 2nd out. I don't think the Hornets would trade MKG straight up for Anderson and I don't think they'd give Hairston for a late first and 2nd. Put two nos together and it's still a no. But they'd give up MKG for Anderson and a first.

The second trade... the Celtics get nothing from. Gordon has no value to a team that just resigned Avery Bradley to a 4 yr contract and has Marcus Smart locked in as the 3rd guard while leaving them with Evan Turnover as their starting SF. Green is having a career year. Bass is a useful big. Miller and Fredette slot in behind James Young who is already not getting minutes. Not sure there's much in the way of realistic trades around Jeff for the Pels.

So I've been thinking about how i could force Eric Gordon out of New Orleans... I hate his shot, contract and height.

I could sit him all year unless needed so he hates the team and demand to test free agency and opt out of his last year and give me 15.51m to go after Kawhi Leonard with MAX money, something the Spurs have never done foy ANYONE !!!

Anderson/Miller/1st/2nd for MKG/Hairston. I don't think they'd do it IRL but it's reasonable enough in game that if you really want him it's not going to make your team ridiculous.

Am thinking about starting a Pels franchise, I'll be looking to trade Gordon also, will let you know what I come up with.

Hey with trade are you looking for realism or whats fair ? Because with the Boston Celtics their at least one player away from fighting for a low playoff seed. With reports on how Rondo loves Boston and Ainge talking about Rondo won't be traded it can work... But Boston is not gonna give up any first rounders for a player they can get in free agency unless you willing to take Wallace... IMO

If you need a 1st back this may work.....
