Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
What would it take to get Demarcus Cousins to my T-Wolves franchise?
I am in year 2 using a draft class. I'm not going for realism but I do want it to be a fair trade.
Here is my team:
PG Ricky Rubio
SG Victor Oladipo
SF Andrew Wiggins
PF Thaddeus Young
C Nikola Pekovic
BN Emmanuel Mudiay (80 ovr A potential)
BN Kevin Martin (expiring contract this year)
BN Justice Winslow (#8 overall pick along in last years draft)
BN Gorgui Dieng
BN Shabazz Muhammad
I have a few others but they never see the floor and are 60 rated.
The only player who is truly untouchable is Wiggins. I'd love to hold onto Mudiay, but if people think it isn't realistic to keep him to get Cousins then that is fine.
Thanks for helping me out!Minnesota Vikings- Minnesota Twins- Minnesota T-Wolves
Everton FC

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
The Brooklyn Big 3 isn't worth much around the league, the only one really healthy out of them is JJ but he isn't worth a max deal, don't know why Atlanta gave it to him in the first place when his play wasn't even close to "max" standards. Brook, JJ, and Deron all have max deals or close to it, doesn't help their value. If I'm Brooklyn, I'd highly consider it but they wouldn't have a cornerstone to build around. Not many teams are knocking Brooklyn's door down for any of those guys.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Looking to get a stretch 4 with my Kings franchise. OR a SF with good 3 pt shooting and perimeter defence to allow me to move Rudy Gay to play as an undersized, but athletic PF.
I want to trade away Carl Landry (75)
I've ran a few options through the ESPN trade machine and I'm thinking of the following:
PF- Ryan Anderson (75)
PF- Jonas Jerebko (70)
SF- Trevor Ariza (75)
PF- Anthony Tolliver (73)
SF/PF- Perry Jones (72)
PF- Jon Leuer (73)
SF/PF- Demarre Carrol (78)
PF- Trevor Booker (74)
Any thoughts??Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Looking to start a Lakers MyGM, just trying to figure out who I could trade to pick up a first round draft pick in this years draft. Everyone is available except Kobe of course. Any thoughts?
Update:
Just looked at trade finder and saw this.
Lakers 2016 first round for Celtics 2015 first round and 76ers 2015 second round.
Doesnt seem too realistic but I would do it for the basic fact that I hope to be some what contenders next year with the moves I make.Last edited by kiwanuka123; 12-12-2014, 01:36 AM.Giants/Yankees/Knicks/Blues/UFCComment

The only one I can think of would be Julius Randle (Which LA would never trade at this point).
That's what makes teams like LA, NY, and Brooklyn so tough to rebuild.. They have sooo few assets.
Good luck, man! Be patient!Comment

Not sure what 2K would allow you to get, but honestly LA has very little in terms of assets that could draw a 1st rounder.

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Hey guys. Started with the Celtics and want to blow up the roster. Looking to either find a star to play next to Rondo or deal Rondo for a better shooting PG.
I am willing to move anyone but would like the packages to be like so:
Rondo+
Bradley+Bass+Wallace
Bradley+Olynyk+Bass or Wallace
I literally could have a ton of packages but again looking for a star to play next to Rondo or to deal my depth for a better player (not necessarily a star) because I want to make more minutes for Smart.
Thanks in advanced.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
All in all it is going to take many years to get them back to a contending level, you won't be winning a championship while Kobe is on that team, unfortunately.
Wait it out and build through the draft.Comment

If you think about it, most of the leagues best young 2-guards already play beside a great PG, (Derozan, Beal, K. Thompson, Lance Stephenson), so it wouldn't make much sense for then to acquire another star PG, especially one that cannot play 2-guard at all.
If you deal Rondo, you're likely looking at a return that isn't going to be an immediate payoff, and you're likely going to get 75 cents on the dollar at best. New York, Sacramento, Dallas, and Indiana are all places I think could be interesting fits for Rajon. Sac town is the most interesting among those, if you could somehow swing a couple of their young guys, along with a 1st rounder, you may be in business.
I'm not at my console to see if this would work, but something like;
Rajon Rondo + Brandon Bass + 2nd rounder
For
Nik Stauskas + Derrick Williams + 1st rounder
This way you're gaining two young, solid players as well as a 1st round pick that will likely be high. You're losing two guys that are getting up there in age, but have no future in Boston now that they're rebuilding.
Just a thought, main thing whenever you're rebuilding, it's more satisfying when you're patient and realistic with it, so don't go crazy and try to win a title in year 2 or anything.Comment
