Is anyone else having issues trying to launch the game during download? I have XBONE and everytime I attempt to launch the game I get a message saying "Something went wrong. Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x800706f4 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate"



After entering the code, I see others have had this same issue. I tried a hard reset and it still isn't working. Anyone else?

Having the same problem. Talked to Microsoft and they said they are not sure what the issue is. They assume it's just because there are a lot of people installing it.

Even if I bought the disc? It's still installing so maybe that's it

Just got home with the game...put the disk in, it downloaded something quick, then i got put into spurs vs heat...then another notification saying to download another quick update and to exit out of the "demo"...did that and it installed, then back to spurs vs. heat...

I see no progress notification or anything...are people saying to just let it unpack in the background for 30-60 minutes and then exit out of the demo to see if I can access the main menu?

Your install/download was interrupted somehow, uninstall the reinstall again.

Hello Everyone

My first post,

so i get home from work, install the game on my xbox one and then it says it needs an update. I click update and it keeps saying something went wrong. I checked my internet connection and all is well. I just uninstalled the game and now waiting to see if that helps. Has anyone had this problem

Purchased digitally around 9 am et and it's now 630 pm and I inly have 16% my console is actually plugged into my Ethernet. Any idea why it's taking so long?

I have an XboxONE, is my game downloading, unpacking, or installing now because my pre-install completed on Sunday (what was the point of the pre-install?) Is Installing on XboxONE code name for downloading, unpacking, and installing? As I've never seen an install take this long, feels more like it's downloading the entire game even though it says Installing. And I have good internet speed currently at 51Mbps down & wired.

Current install timestamp 32% @ 2:33pm EDT, will update later.

UPDATE: 84% @ 6:42EDT. Looks promising, last night I got to 88% and it went back to 76% and got stuck their. I'm just letting it install, not playing the demo.

Uninstalling the game, unplugging/rebooting your console and reinstalling the game again seemed to help a little on XboxONE, try that, it can't hurt.

not sure if this help anyone but but I have been installing off the disc for the past 22 mins and I am at 72 % and on xbox one. I haven't touched since it started installing . Seems to work best to let do its thing. Cant wait !!!!!

Uninstalling the game, unplugging/rebooting your console and reinstalling the game again seemed to help a little on XboxONE, try that, it can't hurt.

Reboot the console... I dont think he had to uninstall to be honest but if he did give it a go.

On XboxONE if you don't uninstall the install will become corrupted and you will get an error like someone mentioned above.

Install finally complete! Only took 5hours this time, smh. For those on XboxONE who installs seem to be stuck, try uninstalling the current install, rebooting your console by unplugging for 30secs, then starting the install over again. It may take another 5-6 hours but it worked for me.

Wait, it's actually taking people nearly 24 hours?

It took me less than an hour to be able to access the main menu.

Mine is on pace to take FIFTY HOURS. It's 17 GB over the last 14.

I've uninstalled and re-installed. Only at 15% of course after HOURS but still getting the same error message when I try to play. I've tried the hard reset and unplug as well. Ridiculous.
