24 hours in, 36/47 gb. On ps4. Very solid Internet. Downloaded mlb the show in about 2-3 hours, so Internet is solid. A complete joke.

I got my PS4 version picked up yesterday. I put in the disc around 5:30pm it took about 4 minutes to "prepare" then I started the heat vs spurs game. I played till half time then checked the main screen and saw it said there was an update available. I allowed the update, it restarted the game and I just put the controller down for about an hour and when I came back, the game was over (I lost 0-56 haha) and I was good to go, playing the full game around 6:30pm. I've always been sceptical of buying digitally on day one releases for this very reason. Too many variables that just increase the chance of error.

After reading all of these horror stories I went home last night and fired up my PS4 to see how long I would be playing the demo. I preloaded the game on Sunday but once it downloaded the 47GB I turned my PS4 off. When I started the game, I never even saw the demo, it went straight to the facescan thing, then to the main menu. I was able to play an exhibition game, then I tried out the my gm mode.

I was shocked to say the least. Reading these posts I don't think I did anything different. Like someone else said, it's surprising that everyone is having a different experience with the same game.

Digital version... 2 hours for the first download. 6 hours into the second monster, 21/47 so far. Hopefully, it may be over tomorrow morning

Tried to install three times on Xbox one. Reached 55% after two days and it kept pausing itself. Any suggestions?

What kind of an internet connection do you guys have over there. I mean u have a connection that download with 20mb a second here in Holland

Can I play madden while this installs (download done)? BTW I accidentaly pressed wrong button and deleted this install progress, it was almost 39 gigs done.

I'm trying to play the game at a friends house who doesn't have internet access. Getting the demo again. Can the game still be installed offline?

I pre-ordered it on Xbox One and it installed that day, although it took very long.

Yesterday, the game kept giving me an error message when I tried to launch it. I had to clear my cache three times and launch the game offline (signing in when they prompted me to) in order to start it.

Am I suppose to leave my Playstation ON and in the game the entire time this thing is installing?

I left it in Rest mode last night. Still can't play. I've left it on for hours. Still can't play.

I don't even see where it tells me how much it has left to download. I went to notifications to check for downloads. Nothing. I hit "options" and went to information and it doesn't show anything downloading.

I just would like to know what EXACTLY needs to be done on my end. Any help would be appropriated.

I recently purchased the game digitally (Sunday 1:30 est time) and it isn't fully installed. This is just frustrating. Anyone ever receive an explanation to why it takes so long. None of my previous digital downloads ever took more than 10-30 mins.

so i know there are a ton of these post about the Heat/Spurs Loop but i have followed every step. Im overall 24+hrs into this.

I have a PS4. i did initial download and get the KD "press x" screen. I play the demo (which is just music no commentary or sound effects). i get the "go to main menu install update" notification in bottom left. When is over i go to "Information" and it says size: 57.25GB. if i look for update it says "current update installed. i know every one says press PS4, hover over @k15, press "options", go to "information". When i do this i get size 57.24GB. it has never said "download progress x/y". i know everyone says to do this so just know i did,

I have never got a download progress screen. Even if i go to "application storage" then its still says 54.27GB. i left my PS4 on for 18 hours. the heat/spurs game has played probably 115 times( i let CPU play). still nothing. no progress. it always says the size is 54.27GB
