There is always latency impact in online games. If it wasn't for lag compensating techniques, you'd see herky jerky movements and mini teleportings of other players in cod,bf4, etc. But instead we see it all fluently with cost of bad hit detection at times (being hit while behind corner, shooting at some1 w/o dmg).
In 2k15 latency affects game in worst possible way - input delay. I think its because the engine and developers can't do anything about it, except improving servers to minimise it perhaps

. Probably next game will be hell like before, but it was so fantastic I was nearly crying of joy. Even made 2 perfect release free throws with Rondo, which says everything.
