As an FYI, any and all progression/regression tuning only applies to new saves started after installing Patch #4.

So this will not work in my existing franchise..i have no problem starting over.

Quick question, if a player have a bad knee that drop from 85-70..can you train the player injury training for the entire year, will that knee durability strengthen like say 70-75..thanks man great work.

After about 30-40 park games i've noticed shooting is now overpowered as hell. Yellow shots goes in at a slightly higher percentage then before. But the big change is excellent releases, it's ridicolous how easy it is to get green releases now i had plenty of games in that 30-40 park game stretch where i went 4/4 or 5/5 from 2s where 80-100% were green releases. What have they done? Before this patch i felt lucky getting 1-2 green releases per game. However im barely seing any contested shots going in. So that seems to be good.

If what is true from what I've been reading, if 2k did tremendously improve the servers, that may have a big part to play in the improved shooting.

If you're referring to the park in MyPark, then I have no clue what game you've been playing the past 6 months because the park has and will always be like that.

I think the new patch is great, and I'll stand by that. The shoes are fixed, the rest of the badges are fixed, the game runs smoother than ever at the Rec, defensive movements feel better, and the shooting feels great.

The only thing I could mention negatively would be the man-to-man defensive icons, they seem to be a little haywire. But I will take the high road and just assume that we all need to be bumping off our man better and play help defense/switch.

Bottom line: the game just got a little better in my opinion, and I'm totally cool widdat.

If you have qualms with the park/rec based on the new patch, that's fine, but trust me, overall it's better, there's always going to be things/people that just cheese it out because it's an online sports game.

You're right...the game is a lot smoother. I still feel shooting is slightly overpowered, but one thing I did notice with this patch is an increased "bump" in defense when you play ON-BALL and manually contest shots.

Shooting is easier, but it feels like you are rewarded for playing defense and contesting yourself instead of hiding off-ball and letting the CPU do it.

The thing is....so many 2K15 players have gotten so accustomed to playing off-ball, they won't even try to switch it up. I will admit...I do like this, if it's what's going on. More player control on both ends of the court is a good thing...and rewarding players who defend manually is also a good thing.

That's great to hear that you guys tweaked that for My League, especially being as late as it is into the season. Glad I didn't start My League earlier, so I wouldn't have to start over, just getting ready to start today

It is not at all clear that progression/regression was meaningfully tuned. Any chance someone can chime in on positive MyLeague tuning?

I'm sorry, but this is just dumb. Played another game with my Bucks, and Giannis went 7-9 on 3's. With most of them having a guy in his face.


Why do patches always have to mess other aspects of the game up??

Played some park games and i'm sad to say the inability to box out screeners under the basket hasn't been fixed. Also, contested shots seem to go in even more than before.

What the hell happened to this patch. On pc, now no players are visible and it crashes to desktop, Wtf!!!!

Played some park games and i'm sad to say the inability to box out screeners under the basket hasn't been fixed.

They could just disable the set screen button if your player has a foot inside the paint in The Park/The Rec Center/The Stage.

That would instantly eliminate the go-to strategy for all these scrubs that just hold down the screen button underneath the rim every single possession.
