The passing animation i hate the most is when your player decides to roll the ball inside to the big man. We still dont have full control over passing. I like how we can throw bounce passes, flashy passes but we need more passing animations.

& the ball should be faster than the player...

I use flashy passes all the time. My favorite passes to make in the game. I do them a lot.

Roll the ball inside? As in a bounce pass? We can do that. Unless you mean something different.
