I think it is brilliant of you to come on here and explain all of the above.

However there is just one thing I desperately want to know please.

Will all non-human teams in a 30 team league be controlled by AI. So my and 3 friends can play and online league and have 27 AI controlled teams?

is the Admin of the League able to cut Players from the team? For Example, when a Players contract is expired, can I throw the player into the Free Agent list?

Restarting would mean moving a year forward, so we would have to look at every contract and put a player into free agency after 2 restarts, if he has 2 years on his contract.

Or is there even a Free Agent list? So at least we would be able to create our own "offseason".

I heard rumours that Czar knew a thing or two about that NBA 2K game.

Injuries aren't a part this year, no. That's because we opted for full flex scheduling. You can play a game in May, then a game in November, and the injury system (which I'm very familiar with) relies heavily on the linear progression of time and scheduling to determine healing rate and approximate return. That said, I'd love to hear your ideas for next year if injuries are important to you in an online experience. How would you want them to work given a flex schedule? Should they last, say, an X number of games instead of X number of days?

Injuries were included in 2K9-2K11 leagues I believe. Those leagues were considered flex and they used number of games if I remember correctly. Also, I think the admin had the ability to heal players. Games is probably best bet.

Thanks for the transparency and honesty regarding the lack of injuries. I am bummed about that but am even more grateful that you are working on this mode. Your expertise and dedication is a welcome sight on the mode that we all love dearly.

What about playoff atmosphere Leftos? Will we get the offline myleague experience when it comes to playoff atmosphere? Thanks in advance.

Great news as long as things don't mess up don't need to rush it in this years game. I remember runing a lot of various tests 2k13 whether setting injuries on/off glitching playoffs / advancing seasons etc.

X Number of games is go to, we don't rely on time, we only rely on gamedays if it's the right term, time that the game has is definitely not a factor in the rel world timing so X number of games can do the trick.

Just my 2 cents, and another positive seeing Leftos pop in for OL, yea that's cool!

i suggest using the myteam method of giving players a specific number of games they are unavailable instead of using calendar dates.
