You get to play tonight if you pre-ordered with a physical copy? I thought it was only digital?

Yeah, I thought it was that way too. My GameStop is doing a whole thing for it starting about a half an hour ago where they were setting up for tournaments to play the game before the release at midnight.

NBA is a game for me where I'd like to DL it as well, from the Xbox store so I don't have to go through the hassle of going to wait in line somewhere, and because I usually play it until just shortly before the new game is released and it has no value on ebay or trade in. But the experience tonight has just been so horrid, and I'd like to play tonight.

That's why yall can't download it cuss ppl like you keep cancelling and redownloading. Just let it download... Mine has been done for like a day now. However it took me 48 hours but it's done because I didn't mess with it. Ppl keep cancelling the download because it's going slow which is ruining it for ppl who are getting stuck at 31% etc. becuase of the traffic....

do you even have any idea how BAD that is for your xboxone? I didnt say you had to try 10000 times. I gave a fair example on how I Got it to work. I believe 2K understood there was a bug with the preload system, and had to overhaul their bandwidth usage through their datacenters. With the game about to go live on the east coast in a couple hours, the bandwidth is prolly allocated correctly or as close as 2K can get it.

Letting it run until it is done in 2 days is NOT what you should do. Try what I did 2-3 times, and if the problem still persists give it a couple days. Yes, it will be pain and torture, but id rather not blow my xboxone harddrive and overheat the machine.

Mine pre-loaded a couple days ago. You just have to keep trying to install when it says it fails. You'll get in eventually.

If it ques or freezes on a % for longer then 7-10 mins and pin it to your dashboard. Then click on it, it will bring it to a screen that says you're a bit too early. Click ok and the download should start again. I am now at around 80%

After 2 days I got to 50% came to my moms house and downloaded the other 50% in twenty minutes. Time to upgrade

Question: If I change my time zone will the game unlock earlier for me? I already made a New Zealand account for the Live demo. Will that account unlock this early?

i think DL speeds are picking up mine finished. took 24 hours to get to 70% percent then it finished in a half hour!!!!!!!!!!!!! so clutch

Stuck at 23% like an idiot I restarted my download because it got to 25% before I left for work was at 30% when I got home, thought I was the only one with the issue. I'm not messing with it, just going to let it ride out.

My download stopped and my rainbow six beta started downloading. Finished in about 8 mins. I really hope they get this sorted out soon.
