    I'm sorry, that's just a gap in the mode. Scrimmage does not let you access the freestyle menus.

      Not sure if this is patchable but are you able to take a look at the simulation stats regarding really high number of assists with players like durant and wade averaging over 8 a game, and melo averaging 6? Def unrealistic lol. It may be a problem with just teams averaging too many possessions.

          It skips over numbers. If I'm editing a contract to $10.00, I can't because it'll skip to say $10.57 or something.

            If it's just the assists, it is something that is roster-based, so it can technically be fixed with any new roster update (or by tweaking the ratings yourself). The Dish to Open Man tendency plus the Passing attributes are the big things that influence the assist stats -- so it could be either they're too good at these or their teammates aren't good enough.

            If it's because of the possessions, we may not be able to do anything about it even though it would be a roster issue. Gameplay had us set all the coaches to have basic POE's because the AI adjusts these during the game based on how things are flowing, but the simulator doesn't work the same. The generated coaches will have some randomness here, so the possessions per game do decrease as your progress in the mode.

            I'll bring this up with Stauffer, Tim, and Leftos.

                Is tattoo customization being looked at for 2K17 as well? Also, I've noticed in the defensive shot charts that great rim protecting bigs give up 50%+ in the paint area. Does this actually affect sim stats? Gobert's rim FG% was around 40% last season in real life.

                That seems fixable to me. I'd like BPG to get an uptick though.

                  I thought I had read we could Relocate ALL 30 teams in MyLeague. It seems the Limit is 3 teams. Is this a Patch Fix or Did i misread earlier information?

                    As part of that, I'd really recommend asking what scrimmage mode is for? In my mind, I think it's for practicing against live opponents. And if that's the case, especially in the franchise modes, then it follows we should be able to practice anything that's available to us in games.

                    So that would include:

                    I'm not sure that has value in MyLeague or MyGM. There's no need for an experience that's more like the Park against the CPU. It's good to not have the shot clock, but in other respects, the mode should be like gameplay.

                      We're limited to 3 on consoles because of the max save file size that's allowed. Erick & I pushed extremely hard for 30, but it just couldn't happen. PC users aren't limited to 3 (unless you're just out of HD space).

                          Honestly, as I'm sure you've noticed, it's been something mostly ignored in franchise development the past few years (I didn't see a ton of people talking about it, so I wrongly assumed nobody really cared about it). What you point out makes perfect sense and we'll discuss improving this stuff in 2K17 now that I know people actually use this feature.

                          By the way, we've been discussing this and there's a chance we may be able to get some of the easier improvements -- like having the freestyle stuff available -- in Patch 3.

                              It would be a shame if we didn't get the tattoo stuff that you can do to your MyPLAYER in for the edit player in 2K17.

                              The shot chart stuff wasn't really looked at deeply in the simulator tuning. It works best with played games or SimCast Live games (which are played games). Just tuning the simulator at a high level (trying to get the guys at 1-10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 300 to match up as close as possible to the real-life stats over the course of 80-year franchises) was a hell-ish task that had me drinking a bottle of vodka or whiskey every night to help me fall asleep over a four week period. The lower level stuff just wasn't in the realm of possibility (getting shots charts perfect or specific players perfect).

                                There are technical and legal reasons why we couldn't do this. We'll probably re-visit the idea again, but while the technical reasons may be something we can overcome, I'm not sure if the legal ones can be.
