I cannot get deadeye on my 7'3'' inside center if my life depended on it. Played 20+ games using tutorials on youtube still nothing. Is there a jumpshot requirement for deadeye this year?

Re: Official 2K16 MyCareer Badges thread
Centers are severly disabled this year as doing that will see them ripped more often than getting the shot off, and also, my center is inside scoring, so I haven't tried to get it on him as that's not where he palys, so I have no idea whether a centers shooting is good enough to make contested shots - even on r/casual.Comment

Re: Official 2K16 MyCareer Badges thread
No jumpshot requirement. Post up at the free throw line, come out of it, and shoot it. This is how I did it in about 4 games. Followed a YT tutorial last month on it. It is a lot easier than last year and you can even do it on rookie casual.Comment

This is exactly what I've been doing for 20+ games but still no badge.Comment

Re: Official 2K16 MyCareer Badges thread
I'm having the same problem as a 7'3" center as well. I've been doing exactly this but my guy absolutely cannot make a contested shot. I'm just clanking shots nonstop from the free throw line even on rookie.Comment

I have a 5'10" outside PG with maxed out athleticism (70 dunk, 93 vert) who's completed 76 career dunks on 2 or more opponents but I still don't have the posterizer badge. They even put me in the all star weekend slam dunk contest in season two, but still no posterizer yet.Comment

Re: Official 2K16 MyCareer Badges thread
I used Simulation sliders and did not do the free throw gimmicks, I played straight up by shooting in faces and was rewarded the badge.
The badge itself is activated when I shoot in face, typically from 3 or mid range when a defender gives me space but is in intense D stance. I will give a moment to stare him down and maybe jab step but a jab is not neccessary. If I shoot from that same position without a dribble: the badge will activate on a successful make.

Has anyone gotten posterizer with an outside PG under 6'0"?

I always try to hit the flashy pass if the alley oop isn't there.
Those two pass types will get your rhythm and fan numbers up a lot more than standard passes.Comment

Re: Official 2K16 MyCareer Badges thread
For the life of me: I want Alpha Dog!
●I have 98 overall and 88 overall on Legends roster scale.
●Second highest player on team is Lillard at 86 so technically I am the official highest rated player on the team.
●I lead the team in performance and am 2x NBA MVP
The one criteria I may not be meeting is *minutes because I ask to be subbed out when it's a blowout.

I got Beta Dog in practice . I've been the second highest but I actually completed a practice around allstar and I got it.

Re: Official 2K16 MyCareer Badges thread
No problem. For Interceptor, change your defense to "Full court press". This is easier if you're a PG or SG. Deny your man the ball and play tight on him. The ball handler usually PG or SG will try and pass the ball to your man once he crosses half court (if they're about to get an 8 second backcourt violation even better chance the pass is coming to your man) to set up the offense. You just have to play the passing the lane and anticipate that the pass is coming since your team is hopefully playing the right defensive scheme (full court press). Make sure you only tap the steal button and also helps using the right stick for "hands up" animation if they try and cut to basket back door u can knock the pass away. The key is not spamming the steal button so that he doesn't catch it or else it doesn't count. Good luck!
Like Rockie_Fresh said, but they really could have made it at least a little bit rewarding like get slightly better training boosts with the silver and gold versions.
Wow, I didn't know that and I like doing some flashy passes at the park! Is it like last year that you can get the swagger badge only at the park?Last edited by Schijan; 11-06-2015, 08:35 AM.Comment
