But the UCLA Duckin play that the lakers used (Knicks run occasionally) is not a play choice. It's a option in freelance using the smart play button

UCLA lob and the Guard Quickie is there too but there is no weakside action like 2K12's "LAL Pinch Iso"

I think that addition needed most for next year is the improvement of the "Center Opposite". There should be an actual play call option since its run so much. Even as inbounds play for melo 90% of the time. But even though you can run it in freelance once you eventually pass the ball into the post the offense breaks down instead on going through the options

i still think the basic set on freelance needs to be improved on. the moment the ball swing to the weak side either at the elbow or top of the key, the players originally at the strong side need to cut already. right now, the players cut only after the second pass off the receiver at the elbow.

I've been playing with the 2001 Lakers and and 98 Bulls. The triangle is a beautiful thing. One of my favorite thing is how the players cut.

I find it crazy when double team off the passer who just made the pass into the post. Like in the second clip off Kobe. That's the easiest basket.

The problem with the Blind pig is the cutter stops under the basket and doesn't curl around the double screen like he should.

Coming from a Dutch soccer fan i fell in love with the nba through 2k11. Sure i knew about it and saw jordan highlights in my youth but never saw anything more in it than 10 guys on a court, i didnt even understand the positions and their tasks/duties before 2k.

I learned through 2k and was amazed how far the tactics could go in bbal. Im still a noob as far as all these sets but really love messing around with them and they help me understand the game better.

Just to say there are guys that dont even see the minor imperfections and really enjoy your work and are grateful so thanks for this.

Im sure next year will be even better than the year before and feedback on OS is a good thing that might help accomplish this, you have to distinguish between bs complaints from 13 year olds on OS and guys that share your love and knowledge for the game and always want it to be even better and perfectionize things.

Im sure that last group respects your work a lot.
