I haven't really played MyTeam so I can't say from experience one way or another. I don't see why it wouldn't be, though. Remember, though, no offense is going to be perfect, so I generally recommend changing up the offense at times for segments of a game to prevent those periods in a game where the defense just seems to bog you down due to opponent adjustments. This is especially true for people who play 12 minute quarters.

The offense is strongly dependent on a variety of passing methods: do yall feel 2k16 handles the passing game well enough to do this system justice?

I personally cannot jive with the triangle because I struggle with the passing controls. I like the concept but struggle to execute it in 16.

They've added all the passes I've wanted except for the dribble pitch. It makes it way easier this year

Had decent success with the Triangle offense on my first experiment, using a roster of scrubs based on my MyTeam newb squad. I was pleasantly surprised how many good looks I got: guys cutting under the basket, guys open at the perimeter, decent shots from the elbow, etc. But I was in scrimmage, and I'm sure I was taking too long to get some shots off. Now to try it in a real game.

Normally the pass from Anthony to Ezsmilez should be at the free throw line not under the basket and if the blind pig is correct, your player Ezsmilez should be totally alone to make a big dunk!!

and to finish it is not new in 2k game, it was in 2k13 and even in 2k11!!

It's a game dude. Of course it's not going to be as 'effective' as the 'real' blind pig.

As gamers, we're slaves to AI coding and user inputs - we can only play the game and use the tools we're given.

It's not perfect, but not much is - we should be grateful we've got anything like this at all.

While I agree that this didn't look ideal, wanted to clear a few things up. This wasn't a mycareer game that was Langston Galloway who made the cut to the basket. This was actually a lg game where I was just happy the AI was smart enough to realize I was being pressed and gave me a pressure release. I'm also aware that it was in previous 2ks

I have trouble with the AI initiating movement in some cases during the triangle, even with motion cuts on, sometimes the computer team mates just don't want to comply - Still it actually works out though, it's not that unrealistic - when the action stops then get the ball to MJ and let him go to work!

If u put your offensive tempo to either average or shoot at will u should see them get into their stuff sooner. I know when I'm using patient offense it can be kind of cumbersome.
