Hopefully it is more skill based. The post game was almost non-existent in pro-am due to any guard being able to come down and rip it instantly.

Maybe in the 4th quarter of a back to back game ending a 6 game road trip, but not your average every day game or a quick play now or online match.

Stealing attempts have been ****ed for awhile. Dudes just swiping at the air and lunging 5 feet past the ball handler when he isn't even moving. Press steal and he swipes to the left when the offensive player is dribbling to the opposite side, the steal animation completely ruining your defensive positioning and stance.. Hope all that **** is gone.

this fatigue issue needed to be adressed you can jump allday, spam the rebound/block button without any significant consequence
IRL, please try to jump high 3 times in a row to crash the board then tell me if you don't lose vertical

Hopefully this won't hinder players that can actually go the distance, especially during the Playoffs where rotations are more tight and game time creep up towards the 40 minute mark. E.g., Jimmy Butler, James Harden, and LeBron James.

If they can give us arena specific lighting, I hope they can give us our era filters back.

Can't even go 40 with them today. It's a struggle to get to 36 most of the time.

You have to balance running with more half court motion offenses.

I can get Melo to 40 Minutes a game with relative ease because I only run when I have numbers advantage(2 on 1, 3 on 2) other than that I'm running offense.

If you stay off the turbo button you should be fine

Not a bad read. Arena lighting reminds me of 2K12 when they brought in arena specific cameras (awesome). Hopefully done right of course.

Liked the rebounding part also. More taps and rebound battles should see guys like TT and retro (Rodman) feel much more unique and valuable.

Fatigue? I'll believe it when I see it, they said the same things about their fatigue system in 2k16 and I've played nothing but people in PO that use their starting lineups all game with negligible affects which is worse since I use tier 2 and 3 teams.

We'll see about the "up to date" Euroleague teams, and considering they still have the 2014 rosters for the Euroleague teams on 2k16, I don't expect much

Hate seeing that stealing has possibly been lowered. I thought it was fine where it's at. If not, it needed a slight increase w/ people doing all types of size ups, crossovers and etc.

All the other stuff sounds cool.

same in myteam. 2K started out saying thats how it worked last year...but then the game needed to be patched. somehow, they never fixed guys coming out of halftime rejuvenated either. if your guy went into halftime with an 80 stamina, he came back with an 80 stamina......bc there are no such things as 15 min halftime breaks with rest, recovery, and quick rehydration.

all of this is lip service. i'll believe it when i see it(except the lighting...im sure that will actually look really good).

Anyone who's anyone knows that a key fundamental to rebounding is boxing out. The GREAT rebounders were great because they treated this fundamental as a priority. Where as some of the taller players may have been a bit more complacent and just tracked the ball. Barkley is a GREAT example of a premier rebounder who lacked height but used this fundamental straight from the manual.

It would be great if there were a lot more depth to this, fighting for position, things of that nature. It would enable good rebounders to be distinguished from poor ones - I am thinking it should also tie into their awareness (putting a body on someone/allowing players to leak in for offensive boards). It would/should also lead to more physical play which would mean more off ball fouls (which I feel 2K is lacking).

Then further to this, it would mean that the box out "battle" could also be affected by the fatigue system.

For as long as it takes the players to "gather" after jumping on 2K, rather than quick jumps, then they absolutely should be able to.
