I knew attributes went up but never by how much so thanks...

question... does that increase of 9 apply for Park / Pro-Am as well?

Your freethrow rating fluctuates depending on how hot or cold you are.

If you are ioe cold and your freethrow rating is a 62 for example, it will dip to a 51.

On the other hand, if you are on fire, it will rise all the way to a 71 rating. In fact, being on fire raises ALL your attributes by 9 while being cold drops them ALL by 9.

Wow I didn't know that...it explains why my FT% dropped 10 pts between quarters I thought it was a glitch thanks for clearing that up for me sir

Thanks.. so far I've only been prompted to do sprinting drills... I did try standing at the line with a ball for a bit.. I'll keep doing it

Just make sure it's the team practice and not the extra practice as I don't think it will show during the extra practice

I'm not sure how you reached 9 but hot and cold rhythms do adjust your ratings. I noticeably see a change of +5 free throws when I'm in rhythm and or have activated my grand badge.

Because I have a 62 freethrow rating on my post scoring big.

When I'm on fire it's a 71 rating.

Hey hoping someone could help answer something for me. I'm somewhere around January/February on the schedule of my first year. A little before All-Star break. I really want to get traded to the Grizz, but they only have 30% interest in me and the last 2 times I have requested the trade, they haven't accepted. I know at the end of your first season, you become a free agent and I could just go to them then. But that's a ways off since I still have half a season and playoffs to play through. So my question is, is there any real penalty for me simming to the end of the season? Like will my playing time get messed up since I simmed past all those practices, and/or will my endorsement be screwed since I simmed past all those appointments? Thanks

lmao, since switching teams back in November i've had virtually no cutscenes. As i'm starting my 3rd to last game of the season, i get a cutscene with me and justice in my teams looker room (he isn't on my team) with my old high school coach giving me a gift. just lol

Sooooo...did the decrease game speed for mycareer or something like that? Games feel slow as ****, controls sluggish like in 2k16, horrible...

It's far more realistic than it was previously.. I would lead the LEAGUE in free throws made AND attempted.. the last 4 2K's at least.. yet my team overall would be LAST in attempts .. by a few HUNDRED

i meant the oposing team gets too many calls

Well this is embarrassing. I got knocked out of the 1st round by the Pistons. Tough to win games when the coach takes you out the game and when you get subbed back in you're down 17 points. I'll put up the videos later and breakdown each game. Game 6 was pretty epic though.

Oh well. I was gonna play another season anyway but now I have more motivation. I decided to leave the Pacers and head to Dallas, whom I won a championship with in 2K14. Hopefully by the end of the season my player will have his attributed fully maxed out.

I thought Bogut was gonna be on the roster but after I signed I saw Speights was our starting center. At first I was a little pissed but then I realized this allows me to now run the new 5-out offense which the CPU absolutely cannot guard.

First game of the season was against the Clippers who we destroyed by 20. I had 21 points, 11 assists, 5 rebounds and Dirk had 19. It's gonna be a revenge tour for me this season after getting robbed by the CPU in the playoffs.

2nd matchup with the Warriors coming up.. Klay torched us for 36 the last time we played them.. not expecting this to be much better, but it'll probably be KD doing the lighting up this time

Every time I cut to the basket (and am wide open) my teammate throws the ball into the chest of the Warrior defense.. don't the Suns teach bounce passes? .. only down 10 at half but it probably should be 20 the way my "teammates" are sucking against the Warriors. After double digit free throw attempts game after game for me.. the game won't even give me ONE in the first half to keep the game tight.

I just grabbed a rebound after a Verejao missed free throw.. he's standing behind me.. I take my first step/dribble and it's a charging call.. he was standing to my left and I was going to the right.

If I wasn't keeping this game within 10 I'd just give up and foul out on purpose.. too much "2K" when playing against the Warriors.

Game turned me into a turnover machine in the third quarter.. including the charging call mentioned.. so I grabbed 3 quick fouls and got out of that garbage.. SlyNumb3r1's right on after this game.. every time my guy posts up. I icon pass.. he backs up and the center reaches around him and knocks it away.. it can't be an accuracy thing.. it's just stupid.

We were down 12 when I quit.. Warriors won by 25 without me in the 4th quarter
