Don't know if you guys try to oop as much as I do, but it's hilarious how far the CPU will go to stop your oop when they feel they need to stop you scoring.

So I'm running a fast break and luckily, with this one, the paint was empty with no defenders. I run straight into it and call for an oop. JR Smith (defending) jumps from a step beyond the free throw line to block the oop pass out of bounds. During the block, his shoulder goes over the rim and his hand makes contact with the ball quite close to the backboard.

He could've done a VCxMJ forearm free throw line dunk with that jump. Personally, that was the most insane in-game jump I've seen. Obviously the animation didn't look too natural. I have a feeling the CPU just really wanted to block that oop.

Really one of the most frustrating things about playing with Andre Drummond is that unless it's an offensive board there usually isn't any other way for to get him points. And sometimes the defense jumps out the gym to knock that ball away.

Thanks for that, definitely gonna keep trying for it then. Would you have to have a certain badge gold though? For example gold posterizer on an AF to get the grand.

From what I've heard you don't exactly need badges at all as it seems the grand is unlocked by completing Archetype specific actions a certain amount of times ( similar to a regular badge). For example for a slasher I have heard the grand badge unlocks very roughly around 2-400 contact dunks and layups (may not be exact as I think it's a more specific split of the two). If this system is correct then you don't need a single badge to get it but it is highly unlikely that you will reach that goal without reaching the goal for the other badges along the way. This is all speculation of course and simply what I think it is based on what I've seen and heard from my 3 character and the guys I play with and we can't really say for sure until 2K stops being so stingy with info about these things.

Really one of the most frustrating things about playing with Andre Drummond is that unless it's an offensive board there usually isn't any other way for to get him points. And sometimes the defense jumps out the gym to knock that ball away.

Pick and roll? Alleys? Heck you can even let him post up if u wanna play with your chances of a win like that as he has a 90ish post hook in 2k but there is no telling if he will actually do it.

Just had my best game of 2K17 with game 3 against Warriors in the finals. It was almost perfect. I could lock down Curry but Schröder is still a liability since I have to guard Klay when he comes off the bench. He can't handle Curry. The game still gives GSW around 5-8 points every time I go to the bench so I'm playing 110%. I was literally jumping from my seat after hitting two crucial threes in the 4th lol Thank god no one saw me do it

I started a new career after the last patch and what i´m getting now als these little career story cutscenes after 2 months of playing lol also i unlocked achievements after 2 scenes that never happend before the patch!

After 2 or 3 tries i was able to get drafted again 6th by the Pelicans as an 7 Feet Glass Cleaner Center

But now Hall of Fame is a little bit harder i think after 18 Games we are way out of an playoff rank in the west with 8 wins and 10 losses lol okay like in the last try with the Pelicans the BROW is injured since game 5 i think hope when he comes back it will be better

Just won the title with Atlanta against GSW 5-1. Any suggestion where I should go now as a playmaking PG? Atlanta would probably the best team but I want to try something new. Timberwolves with KAT, Wiggins and LaVine is probably pretty ok or the Rockets? Both are not THAT good currently though... can't decide.

Wow! After beating the Warriors with my Atlanta Hawks in the finals I joined the Timberwolves to build something new. After checking the teams at the start of the new season I had a pretty good laugh.

Durant, after one season in GS and getting beaten by me in the finals joined the... Brooklyn Nets! Yes, really! And to top it off, you can't make this up... Stephen Curry himself replaced me at my old team, the Hawks!

Mind blown! But I can build a pretty good narrative around that. That is too funny!

Edit: I have to give an update because this is hilarious. So a week into the new season Durant's Nets and Curry's Hawks (my previous team and current NBA champions of course) are the only two teams having yet to win a game (0-3). Both are shooting mid 30% from the field, Durant 20% from 3. And Seth Curry is also playing for the Hawks now, almost equaling his brothers numbers. Meanwhile my Wolves are 4-0 and I think I made the right choice. It's fun playing with KAT, Wiggins and LaVine.

10 years in and Kevin Garnett wins coach of the year with the grizzlies. Melo, Westbrook, Dwight Howard, and Blake griffin are all coaches in their retirement.

Has anyone tried to custom shoe inside MyCAREER? Can you edit it once it's already saved and available?

Have you guys also tried to edit a shoe from outside MyCAREER and buy it for 7500 VC inside MyCAREER? Will you keep the colors or will it auto color to your team's color?
