    Post some highlights guys!

Lots of good stuff in these videos, and in the thread itself.

Question for those of you who have gotten used to this already:

Do you need to time your stick movements to line up with the player? Meaning that if I want to do a double cross, for example, I have to crossover, then wait until I'm in the position to execute the second cross before hitting the stick back? Or is it like last year where you essentially queue up your inputs? Maybe that's my issue, because I went in assuming it would be like last year where to do a double cross, you just go left then right on the stick regardless of where at in the animation you are.

you can kind of queue it up but it wont look as crisp..

you kinda have to just keep playing to get a good feel of each player and best time to execute each move

We know mileage may vary from player to player, but it would be great How to guide for old heads like me.

I'll try to make on later tonight of PG #1 doing some of my favourite combos

The way they're getting bamboozled in the demo, OG and Czar should file a hostile work environment claim.

I've never really been good on the sticks, but seeing these videos and how awesome the dribbling looks/is this year REALLY makes me want to practice so I can do some sweet stuff.

Can't wait until Sam Pham or someone does some in-depth dribbling tutorials when the game releases.

On another note...not dribbling related, but the new pass out of alleys to combo into another alley is a pretty cool new addition.

Damn! Looks like I need to hit the virtual practice gym. I'm just going to chalk up my struggles to the controls being set to camera relative to makeyself feel better.

Definitely loving how those crossovers looked though. Some clipping and morphing issues here and there but I just feel like that's an area that hasn't been completely solved in videogames. Especially in a game like this that involves a lot of quick movements within two player animations.

Edit: Am I the only one who immediately thinks of Chauncey Billups when they see PG #1? Similar look and build and the skill set looks comparable in these videos.

Yo Krazy, this is the best 2k demo highlight reel since the great MomentousCeltic 2k11 demo of Kobe doing work lol. Almost as if you were inspired by the great Momentous, now a 2k employee btw. Man 2k11 still holds up against the test of time to this day. Still the GOAT imo!

My only gripe thus far in regards to the dribble mechanics I've experimented with in the prelude is not all dribbling feels instantly responsive.

When you are sizing your man up with crossovers, in and out, behind the back, and hesi's, it feels great.
However, spin moves feel heavily delayed, even in open space. In fact they are the only move that feels just like 2k16. Is anyone else noticing this disparity in response. I noticed in Krazy's highlight videos, he never really utilized the spin move.

OP do you think you could make a tutorial video on how to do those stick skills? Would be awesome.

This is the best 2K dribbling has ever felt to me. Basically all I've been doing since my career part ended is trying to cook people with that PG lol. I love how he has no dunks too. Straight laying it up on the cpu. Time to get the real game so I can get busy with the elite dribblers.
