Re: NBA 2K17 "Little Things" thread
I know it's not a gameplay mechanic or something with presentation/atmosphere, but:
Being able to set up a MyLeague fantasy draft with ALL players included. You have no idea how freaking happy this makes me. I've had to manually trade classic/international players to current rosters to include them and it took me 2-3 hours every single time.
If I wanted to use a new, more current roster I had to do it all over again. It was so tedious.
As someone who was at his peak NBA watching in the late 80s/90s this is the best feature I could have ever asked for."Baseball is the coolest sport because, at any moment, the catcher can stop the game and go tell the pitcher a secret" - Rob FeeComment

In ML, on Hispanic night they play Hispanic music between quarters.
Micheal Beasley has shin splints and is day to day. As he's running up and down the court you see him reaching down and grabbing at it. Very cool!Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 "Little Things" thread
Nothing to truly contribute at this point. But just wanted to say a big thanks to 2k because 2k has always been heads and shoulders above the rest when it comes to creating the "little things." There are so many treats in the game that help breathe life. Some "little things" you don't see until months down the line. Others you never knew about until you magically happen to come across it on youtube.Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 "Little Things" thread
On topic: Little things ... love the fact that the announcers actually refers to the player's by name when they do something in the moment on the court. Green with a tough shot there, or something like that. Klay, don't forget about Klays defense or something like that.
Spoiler
Off topic: Just had an incredible game between the Warriors and the Pistons at Detroit Hall of Fame default sliders. Don't recall the exact details, but it was a battle with the Pistons going up big in the first half. I was down at one point in the second by 20 points with 2 minutes left to go.
Managed to cut it down to about 12 by halftime, but during the 3rd it was a tug of war battle, I got close but could never take the lead. When I cut it down to 5, the Pistons would extend the lead by a few more points. I finally took a 2 point lead in the 4th with 6 minutes left to go on a Curry 3 point open shot. The Pistons just wouldn't go away. 2 minutes left or so Klay does one of those shots that I hate with a passion when I watch the real life Warriors. He (or I since, I'm controlling him) takes a three point shot way behind the line when the score is only a difference of 1 point. Glad he made it. Still wasn't the dagger yet. Need my rookie (in the recent Warriors 2016 draft) Damian Jones to make some clutch free throws.
Hell of a 2k basketball game.
Off topic: I'm sorry you guys got Harrison Barnes (hopefully Harrison gets the green light and actually does something with it). But congratulations on picking up Andrew Bogut.Last edited by strawberryshortcake; 09-21-2016, 10:45 PM.Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 "Little Things" thread
Hey guys just found these boards and am glad to be with you all here. One thing that has been bothering me for the past couple releases at least 2k16 and 2k17, is how hard is it to have some highlights and a Jordan player of the game after an online game. Is this a known issue is there something hard about doing that?
Thanks all the best everyoneComment

But how can you remove duplicate players like MJ, O'Neal, etc.?Comment

Little things
1. Why don't NBA2K have the tattoo feature in create player for MYGM?....This was a popular request on many fans wishlist. I would love to add tattoos to my created players in my draft classes.
2. Whats with the minimal body type adjustment features in create a player. You can only adjust height, arm length and shoulder width??..... same for the past few years. What about muscle definition, body build i think that is important because not everybody in the league body mold is the same.
Just my two cents. Thanks.Comment

Cannot believe they haven't fixed that. Well, I guess I can.Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 "Little Things" thread
My favorite thing I've seen so far happened last night, while playing as Detroit against Boston. It had been a physical game and Morris posted up Crowder, backed him down, and got hacked and made the basket. Before shooting his FT, it showed him yelling and arguing with a fan in the stands. It was an awesome moment and it really made the game feel alive.GT: minibeast100
