Yes, you will get trade offers.

We should definitely consolidate this info along with access to the training sets (is there one for PS4 yet?).

So far it seems we'd include the note about randomly bumping up one rookie each year to A+ as well.

I'm working on a training slider set I can recommend, share and publish. When I have that, I will also post a set of recommendations to sustain long term MyLeague talent balance.

My share will be XB1 but I will post the details so someone can replicate and share on PS4.

I figured I'd do that in the slider thread, with a link from the OP here. Should I do something in this forum branch?

Regardless if you post them anywhere else definitely make a new post in this thread with them. I suspect some folks may have subscribed to it for that purpose. I'll be sure to share on PC when you do.

Yeah, what you described is ideal--create a new thread in the slider forum, and link to it within this thread for folks.

Eager to see what you've come up with on your end Lorenzo so I can compare it with what I'm testing out. I suspect the two of us are hovering around the same set of sliders in some areas.

I definitely feel we're close to a good base set and then we can let the individual user adjust for how they want things.
                Any comments are welcome.

I've updated the OP with a link to my slider set to fix this stuff, located in the NBA 2K17 slider forum here.

You'll need to change your Team Training Fundamentals for all 30 teams and also make some manual draft class edits every other year or so.

Check out the link to the slider forum for the full explanation.

Re: NBA 2k17 MyLeague After 5 Years: Data Showing Problems

The concept of attribute pairs developed in tandem (Open & Contested Mid-Range/Threes) is new, so there might be some further tweaking needed. I've added a couple of tunables which I'm hoping will make it into a patch that will allow us to adjust the progression of those two attribute pairs in the future without the need of further patches, so we can better match the proper numbers without the need for custom training profiles, so you can use training to actually develop teams and players the way you want rather than as workarounds.

Regarding the lack of A+ potential players, one of the next roster updates will include updated templates with higher max potentials for non-once-in-a-generation players so you should see more players eligible to develop into 90+ numbers without manual edits.

Leftos, for the rosters, would this be applied to generated draft classes in existing leagues?

Templates carrying over into existing saves is also in the pipeline for a future patch.

I had a feeling this could be patched...the potential for server tunables could be huge as well. Also a decent chance for existing save compatibility?

Thanks for the communication. The amount of potential fixes I've heard about in the past 48 hours or so is fantastic. All we need now is a little more contract accuracy and I'll be very happy with this game.

Debating on just waiting on the patch before I re-start. Don't know what to do in the meantime though lol.

Good to see you, Leftos. I knew you'd be lurking around here somewhere. All that sounds amazing, please pass on our thanks to the team for looking at it all.

I spent three hours running through variations on Lorenzo's balanced sliders, and I'm exhausted at this point. I can only imagine how tired you guys must be. Much respect, sir.
