Going against the Suns in first summer league game. #1 pick on the team player pic already lol. Gonna be interesting to go against Ingram in a Suns uniform

So now that I understand how this works and all I am starting over lol.

This time I am a 6'8 220lb SF...i went back and looked at the 1990 Pippen (2nd year) and did similar attributes and all. I want him to be similar to Pippen defensively. I am not a good 3pt shooter, decent in the post and good mid range. I am an overall 79...

Downloaded fictional draft class for xobx from sim world and added myself to it, and going to sim 2016 season. So yes, this time will have most up to date rosters!

Will update as the draft approaches and post who I am drafted to.

So by miracle my hometown Pacers received #1 pick at a 7% chance and they of course select me!

So pumped to play with my Pacers. However with Paul George at SF where will I fit in the rotation? Will they ask me to play SG at 6-8? I didn't choose a second play position so this will be interesting!

First game of the 2017 season. Why do they have me starting at SF over Paul George!? I manually changed starting lineups before the game but cmon! Any way to fix this??

Honestly I am not sure...I think it was a 91. Whatever 2k gave when I created him. Manually setting lineup worked but for games simmed I'm screwed. I guess I can turn on lineup and rotations on manual under settings and do it myself. But the whole point of this way of playing is have a MyCareer using MyLeague instead.

Also, seems like when the game "sims" when u are on the bench there are very few fgas on both sides. Also low scoring! 57-50 with 6min to go in the 3rd quarter when I was subbed back in after halftime. Halftime score was 42-43!

Just overall not enough fga when u are not in the game it seems...anyone else seeing this?

Paul George is a 89ovr and my guy is a 80 at best! I think 76 currently tho to start the season.

Sometimes 2K will start you on pure potential. It matters who the coach is also. As for the simming issues, it all depends on the quarter length you're playing and the sliders you're using.

Yeah I'm tinkering with sliders now and I play 12min quarters. I did notice the Pacers fired Nate McMillan. I saw the HC and have no idea who tf he was lol. Brad Stevens still in Boston though.

The hiring and firing coaches I think I want to handle for all 30 teams honestly. Lakers fired Luke Walton after a bad first season...like really? One year and fired? Same with Pacers firing Nate. The AI definitely doesn't factor in how long a coach has been there before firing them.

I think now I see some flaws that I can fix manually I will start this over (probably be on a different team). I wanna control coach firings and possibly FA signings. Pacers had like three or four point guards on their team by signing Sessions and Chalmers. I'll let the cpu offer players and decide if it's a good fit or not my own.

I played HC and manually adjusted rotations that make sense based on who gives us our best chance to win mentality.

My guy is not even 6th man to start the season out. Up next on the road against the 76ers. Pacers look to win a on the road now after losing big in their home opener vs Boston (94-74 final score).

76ers are looking to contend this year after a fabulous offseason, signing Gordon Hayward to only a 1 year deal for nearly 27mil, however. Joel Embiid becoming a star as Ben Simmons continues to grow.

They beat the Cavaliers in their season opener at home 103-95. Hayward scoring 29 with 7 assists in his debut. Simmons scoring 10 with 11reb, and 6'1 rookie SG, Keyon Dawkins had a tremendous game stat stuffing with 10pts 6reb 7ast and 0 turnovers.

Pacers are 7.5pt underdogs headed into the tipoff.

Yes he will earn all badges respectively including personality badges. His attributes will also progress and regress naturally just like the rest of the league.
