What the hell. The new patch fixed this issue. Then I had to download another update. Now the issue is back!!!!

Yea idk what's up with this game; they fixed the freezing at the menu now it's back again.
My friend tried uninstalling the game and his won't even install anymore, gets stuck at 24%

I ran into this issue Friday night. I thought it was a fluke. I ended up plugging out my Xbox one completely and not just shutting it down and that was the fix for me.

Mine was working fine again yesterday.
So weird... i guess the word is..Intermittent..
Hopefully it works again next time i boot it up but you just don't know lol

I cleared my reserve space and it started working again for me. Just hope I can get through a whole season.

I haven't played in weeks because I've been discouraged by issues like this. I was pretty defeated when I lost all 55 created players while trying to use 2K on my brother's system. Then when I tried to get back on the horse I couldn't even get the game to start. I've been thinking of trying again but then I ran into this thread. Bummer.

I try to login when I'm already connected to the net features elsewhere on the Xbox. It runs me through the birthdate info, the make-a-player, makes me bash in my Xbox Live email twice, then denies access to the game's net features.

Seems useless. All systems 'say' go on their portal. The portal where I can make the choice to upload art for my PS4 actually advances. I just see a dead screen of the 2K red graphic in a smaller dialogue box than my browser once I'm logged in for Xbox One. Last year I had tried to access and seen the same stopping point.

Today when this happened to stop me, I wondered if it was because I'm not yet connected inside the game on the console. I can't see how it would matter. I should be able to begin uploading at that point, right? Regardless, it's just amazing these issues continue for Xbox. I tried every way to even access the game's updating features for latest rosters.

Well, the usability seems terrible, a killer! I worked for an Xbox team before – it's just amazing how unimpressive the experience seems to me. I've never been impressed with the clunky controller or these types of problems, and I just wanted to help my nephews. Suppose I'll stick to my nostalgic longing for the Playstation, and exclusive games like the Show. I'd give the new 2K17 for PS4 an A- overall. The update screen is a bit obnoxious, some artwork issues happened for me in saving/uploading, but overall it seems very functional. The new features like expansion are top notch and brilliant!! IT IS TIME TO BRING BACK THE SUPERSONICS, NBA!

I'd appreciate your suggestions! I'll try to re-read the posts throughout this page, but it doesn't seem promising! It'd be cool to see some more stability for the Xbox players. Thank you!
