I wish there was a better guide to some of the new changes I ML (I may just be missing one)

Is there no way to sign players to 2 way contracts until your roster is full? I wanted to offer 2 ways to some prospects during the FA period but I had to wait until after that period when I'd filled up my active roster already.

Im gonna run with OKC for the first year once the SimWorld project drops and sign Dwyane Wade because he just got bought out. Playbook: 5-out base running Russ isos, PG13 isos, Melo isos, D-Wade isos, and pick n roll between the 4. Thats it

I totally get that about the picks, but still - the Celtics should have the 2018 Laker's Top 5 Protected in the game since there is no way to do the 1 or 6-30 protection and then the King's 2019 pick should be the protection back up. The 76ers currently have the Laker's Top 5 protected in the game, and due to how weird the protections are, I think it's more fair/makes more sense for the Celtics to have that pick since it was a big reason why they traded down from 1 to 3 this summer. The way that it's set up right now basically makes it meaningless that they made that deal this summer.

They also got the Celtics's 2020 picks wrong - Currently the Pistons have the Celtics 1st round pick in that year in the game, but the Celtics traded their 2nd round pick, not their 1st, in the Avery Bradley/Marcus Morris swap.

Actually Philly keeps the LA pick if it's pick 1 or 6-30, if it's 2-5 Boston gets it. If Philly keeps it, then Boston gets the more favorable of the 2019 Philly or Sacramento pick, unless one of those are the 1st Pick then Philly keeps it and Boston get the other one.

Due to all of the complex protections, there's really no way to get the correct draft picks unless you manually do them yourself. I try my best to keep up with everything and I use this site to help me keep track:

I'm the same as you. I'm anxious to start but I want to see if more players get updated and more 2-way players get added before beginning. This wait is killing me. If it wasn't for rosters I would have started yesterday... and my yesterday I mean on 9/15.

Has or will the injury problem be fixed?

Ive read some people say they have been having a ridiculous amount of injuries, but last year they patched it to where players were getting no in game injuries at all.....will there be a happy medium this year after the patch?

I also don`t play myGM this Year because of that and other Things - Cutscenes, fictional Draft-Class, I play MyLeague when hopefully the Rosters will be updated (many 2way Players aren`t yet in the Game) and the CAP-System is patched......

After the first year..the cutscenes are no more, you can relocate/redesign uniforms like normal AND you can even use custom draft classes INCLUDING the first draft.(Right before the draft it will ask you if you want to import a class or edit the current one).

So excluding the fake drama of the first year it's pretty much the same MyGM in every way.

You cannot edit the MyGm settings however so choose wisely.

Started my annual Lakers MyLeague and my first order of business was cutting Brewer and signing Matt Barnes to give me those 10 minutes of 3D wing he still has.

But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to play Ball or Lopez all the time on the court if the play 65 minutes max combined. Always missing 5 minute stretch. Do not want to overplay Ball in first season or Brook since he is a big man with health issues.

Anyway...my active lineup:

PG: Ball / Clarkson
SG: KCP / Hart
SF: Ingram / Barnes
PF: Randle / Nance Jr.
C: Lopez / Bogut

Zubac, Bryant in G-Leage getting them minutes.

First game vs Clippers lost by 4 points since Lopez missed wide open corner three when I was 2 down with 7 seconds left. Second game won by 12 points. Zo had monster first half, Lopez finished Suns when Chandler was on the bench with 10 straight points. Pick and pop, post ups are lethal this year with Brook Lopez. Will definitely re-sign. Hopefully I get enough bux to sign one more scorer, one more 3D player in off-season for my bench and I will re-sign Randle, BroLo and just build on what I have this year...don't know what I will do with KCP.

Actually, it depends on how far you've made it. See the bold below:

Regarding the current save stuff with the patch...

Specifically with the Eurostash players getting duplicated and this duplication causing draft classes to get borked (when the players would get duped, it'd mess up the tables, so you'd have someone that was a PG, but he'd kinda move down a line and get all the attributes of a guy would may have been another position, such as a Center)... if your current save is still in the first season, this save should be fine to use as the bug hasn't happened yet. If you've already advanced to the point where one of these draft and stash players have been drafted and the duplication bug happens, then that save won't and can't be fixed by this or future patches.

We haven't done anything else with the draft classes, as we won't really be able to get good feedback from you guys until after things are played with the current patch so we know the issues are legit and not just something caused by the tables getting mis-aligned...

The jersey and the court of Seattle in MyGm(chose to side with the new owner to relocate the team) is the same as the Classic Supersonics team. Players wear the classic jerseys with the shorty shorts and the court seems outdated. Is there any workaround for this? The least they could have done was at least let us edit the court and jersey or had the modern sonics jersey and court.

What do most of you guys do for in game coaching game plan minutes. Do you use the simple minute schedule or do you go into the advanced where you can choose positions, minutes and who plays with who.

Did they fix the issue with doing a fantasy draft with the classic/all-time players? I wanted to do one, and went through an hour of setup choosing exactly who I wanted to be in the game from each duplicate, and don't want to do it again, only to find out that it is still broken, and have to do it all over again in a few weeks.

Enjoying MyGM and MyPlayer, but until that issue is fixed, I can't say I'll be enjoying MyLeague.
