Definitely in the camp of not changing layups....I'm really not having much trouble converting at all...and some of the guys I've run into online are much better than me converting in traffic......its just a matter of getting the timing down...

I am not seeing layups or inside shooting to be to hard or any thing either. If any thing guys may be finishing to well for both me and CPU. A lot of games both me and CPU are having shooting % of like 70 in the paint area and that is high. In real life if a player is like 60+ in the paint that is really good. This is on pro.

TOTALLY agree!!! Who thinks that's a good idea???

What group is sitting around the boardroom and says, "Hey - I got an idea, let's not let them click through cut scenes!"

"Great idea Bob! Let's do it!"

Seriously, this is 2017, and enough games have been made that it's very clear the players want the option to not watch pointless cut scenes. Bad, bad move, 2k.

The story line is annoying to me. You can’t skip any of the dialogue which is really frustrating for somebody doing multiple builds. Please just let us skip all the dialogue we want to.

My impressions now is that, judging from the posts lately, is that the game is not the best 2k and in fact one of the worse now, in a week after it was released.

There is a Lot of frustration with gameplay. Fans are fighting each other on the forums now, calling each other names. It's not a happy time in sports gaming.

It's actually really depressioning. All of this used to be fun but not everything is over analyzed. It's jaded. Cynical. Its toxic. I don't know what happened

The game has some good stuff, presentation is good, feels like your watching a real NBA game, i think post play is decent....BUT....i cannot make 2 jump shots in a row to save my life. If someone had a gun to my head and told me to make 2 in a row i'd be in trouble.. I have never seen more shots rattle in and out, its absurdity. People missing layups from 2 feet away, it's frustrating.

You have to be more specific about your problems. Is this offline, regular nba games, what level of difficulty, were you truly wide open, did you actually have your release on point, or is this a myplayer problem and is it online or offline, and what is your players architype attributes. Any video footage evidence would also help. Because if an observer that have absolutely never played 2k and seen your remark, it's going to sway them. And what about those individuals that have no issues with shooting or layups? Could it just be stick skills. The game has only been out for 2 weeks or so, shouldn't there be an acclimation period?

I can only speak for me but I am thoroughly enjoying 2K18 so far. Ive posted about how much I'm enjoying 2K18. I'm just waiting on the ML patch to really dig deep. The negative folks are gonna be negative. Can't do anything about that. The bad ones usually do themselves in though and go pink. Dont let them change your impression of the game. People suck sometimes. Notice it's the same 4 or 5 people looking and complaining about little everything. Even stuff that only they seem able to reproduce. Plus, it's only a game. Have fun!

Just played online. Was OKC all time team and opponent was lakers all time. Was having a blast. Then opponent called time out. Frame rate dropped. Gameplay sucked for rest of game. I really hope they can fix that memory leak or whatever the heck it is that causes the game to go supper choppy after a timeout. I can't believe people are complaining about shots and layups when that game breaking bug exists.

Sorry using a tablet so not sure what form this is from..are you using P.C? PS4? Xbox?

P.C can definitely be a leak.??PS4 I believe they knew it's a peak because they were telling people to delete cache..which is a memory leak/not being released.

Has a anyone tried to QUIT and save the MATCH..then try reloading it? I don't know just throwing something out there.

I mean quiet and save after the time out is taken. Say get the ball bring it up court..of score..then quit/save..then exit and load the save?

While it's definitely a memory leak..this *MIGHT* fix it temporarily..until
The cache gets overloaded again.

Can anyone try this and report back???

Telling people they're doing it wrong..or they are not good enough or give 2k some slack it's only been 2 weeks..is wrong. Especially when most of us have bee. 2k supporters since the first iteration.

2k got paid in advance and day of...why are we supposed to give them weeks to get acclimated???Maybe they should return. 1/2 the money..until we get acclimated..with their glitches.

Listen everyone has an opinion..be it a angry one..a question..or anything we're supposed to be here for help. Not attacking people.

Remember if the game plays 100% beautiful for you,you wouldn't be in the forum..about glitches frame rates..you'd be playing the game.

Your experience is your experience,2k gets all the accolades when they release buggy/glitched game..they need to be held accountable.. we're not paying with monopoly money.

Please stop with the attacks.. obviously if you're having an amazing time and bug free congrats to you,but thousands and d thousands of people can't be wrong.

Let's try to work together..pass on information that might HELP.
