You have to put whatever is the shortest height and shortest wingspan you can get on your position. Doesn't have to be 5'7" or whatever, just low as you can go.

yea that's what hearing my luck I get the 2k rep that got bad info. Did that hope to get my 2 files back and lost VC.

2k support said you don't have to worry about this. The badge is gonna upgrade. It just has inaccurate numbers

Games crashes a lot for me on PS4 . Myplayer is still there though .

Same but on Xbox One, I'm gonna stop now and not push my luck. Got about 9 badges already.

Please just stop playing. I was in the same boat. Kept crashing but wasn't worried. I would start back up and everything was good. Never thought that would hit me because I felt deleting my Prelude file would fix that and I didn't know this was happening so much.

I was wrong. It hit me a few hours ago and I was sick after all the 12 min MyCareer games I've grinded, badges I worked for and all the cutscenes I had to sit through. Just stop playing to be safe.

That blows, I just went back to Destiny 2 until they fix this. I only really buy 2k for MyCareer/Pro-Am so this really blows. I wish 2k would give us something to make up for this mishap.

Apparently not. There appears to be a few people noting their PS4 version is also doing it. But everyone I've spoke to on my friends list has had some sort of crash or reset on the X1 reset.

This bug is real family! My 87 Post Scorer never made it back from the Playground Saturday night.

I wish I had that VC to spend on MyTeam now...

I stikl got myplayer but i see a lot of vc disappearing into thin air, like win 800 a game but obly get 400, also bought vc disappears without reason and without buying anything its like as if 2K servers swallow vc in a sink hole. 2K Support aint much help as they simply do not answer and choose to ignore not only the ticket but also on twitter. Its beyond annoying that we spend real life money on something for it to be disappearing on nothing

Thoses bugs are honestly a HUGE shame giving the VC greedy game we have this year, at least give us a game that works and that is not a beta version with a lot of bugs...

I'm even more disappointed that the gameplay is amazing

Has anyone had their player restored? I'm thinking of just starting a new character because I figure I'll get my VC back/character back eventually, but I also don't wanna risk losing another file.

Does anyone know what happens if we choose Continue from Prelude? Is it safe and/or are the MyPlayer disappearances still a problem?
