Yes. Mostly. The upgrades weren't the same I had, but the overall matched, and no badge progress was saved. I also spent more than 35k VC, on non-attributes, but only received 35k.

Bought $50 of VC. We better be reimbursed for that money or that is legally fraud. Not only that, we should be reimbursed for the hours spent upgrading the player, in the form of extra VC.

This kind of karma might be the universe telling 2K that exploiting their user base isn't good business. I understand pay to play, but not to the point where EVERYTHING in the game is designed around extracting every last nickle, every last drop. Getting ridiculous, and you don't retain long term customer loyalty by exploiting them.

This kinda thing would happen with 2k....... They make a great game, but damn, people get scammed out of money and VC in basically EVERY SINGLE WAY.

What's to stop this from happening again? If they haven't corrected the issue then we'll all continue to chase our tails every time this occurs. I'm not playing Neighborhood or MyCareer until it's corrected. Not worth wasting time.

Wow really? I think they said to add a note to the ticket about that if you needed more but not sure if that will even happen after all the requests going in so may be lost VC at this point.

Were the upgrades at least sensible to your archetype? I can live with that but they may as well have just given us the VC back for that and let us rebuild from scratch. Also did the height/wingspan get set correctly after having it set to the smallest?

I'm in Germany, but my location and language are set for US. I'm still on German servers...I believe, and it's happened to me.

2k needs to go back to offline saves. this online cloud saves is ruining peoples lives. People are spending countless hours grinding their myplayers and spending hard earned cash for them to be directed to automated systems that give no answers which leave the customers completely frustrated. The solution 2k gives is a clone of your player which doesnt even give you back your VC you purchased nor the badges you've grinded for. Xb1 users have been suffering since launch day...2K needs to allow us to save our files offline like we used to be able to do.

Happened to me yesterday, purchased $10 in VC just a half an hour before it happened to get my guys speed up a little bit (the initial grind was just too much for me lol).

My guy was only a 65 at the moment but I feel kinda robbed and now I'm gun shy to even play the mode. Sent a ticket in close to 24 hours ago but no shot at even a response yet. What a terrible crash and whoever said this was karmic for 2K for nickle and diming their customer base hit the nail on the head.
