Definitely a glitch for many. I havs a 6'5 playmaking shot creator that will not dunk at practice facility even not during a drill, barely dunks even on wide open fast breaks in park and my career, and dunks just fine at my court. All very annoying. Dunks equipped. Driving dunks in 70s. Just glitched.

it is conspicuous that always guards have some problems...if you re a forward or center you are always overpowered.
but hey im 6ft1 tall guy that's why im always build a PG like me...I don't wanna be a 7ft tall Center that's not realistic and fun to me...

...6'3 Playmaking Slasher out here sending people to the hospital though. Felt different after getting posterizer. Also have 0 Packages Equipped Other THAN Contact dunks.

Gym Reaper can confirm, Played with him last night. Dunking like it's my job.

This isn't to say your wrong, but I'm not experiencing this "glitch". Maybe I got Smirkin Dirk's copy of the game(winkwink nudge nudge)

I'm a 6'6" shot creator/slasher SG and I was dunking just fine on Saturday with my 63 rated player with even no packages on. I just added the straight arm tomahawk package and I was still dunking just fine on Saturday. Yesterday was when I started having problems. My player wasn't dunking on 9 out of 10 attempts, and when he dunked, it was a dunk I hated from 2k16 and 2k17 which is a slow one handed dunk with a two feet gather, that I hadn't seen in 2k18 yet before I started having problems. So definitely, the devs did something to the game around that time.

This is a known issue for a lot of players. I'm having the same problem. I'm a 6'7 shot creating playmaker and I have one dunk so far from an alley-oop. Besides that, I'm laying everything in. The Reddit forum has it written up and sent it to 2k.

I seriously hope its just a glitch and not something they have done on purpose to the point guards. Im considering a PG build but im not really that excited to do it if it is impossible to dunk on a free lane.

I'm having the same problem with my 6'7 play making shot creator. I've equipped dunks and all and he won't dunk at all!

See the thing is I'm pretty sure it's only Point Guards that are having this problem. I have friends that play SG & SF and they dunk just fine. but my guy just wont dunk as a PG. Its pretty annoying.

I think it's more of a height and position thing. I'm 6'7" SF Shot Creator and dunking at least 3-5 times a game.

Thats lame if its only the PGs. I thought of running the point for Twolves but with this glitch im going to make a 6'5 SG in stead and choose another team.

my 6`8 SF shot creater/defender cant dunk to save his life unless its on a fast break with nobody around but then again he has like a 60 dunk rating since im investing in other areas first.

Would be pretty crazy for them to lower the ability of PG's to dunk when most of your best dunkers in the league currently come from the PG position.
