    Show VC balance on screen at all times when we are walking around in MyCareer, similar 2 how it was in 2K17.

    Take away shoe/clothing items being tied 2 an overall rating like 85, in real life I’m sure u don’t have 2 be an All-Star caliber player to wear certain shoes.

    Preview hairstyles, as well as clothing in your closet, we should able able to select our NBA on court look in our closet as well.

        Yeah, the frame rate lag makes it basically unplayable. Playing for any extended period of times gives me a headache.

          Whomario can explain this much better than I, he has a thread about it here somewhere, if I knew how to link it too you I would, but I dont know how, Im incompetent as they come with PC's,lol.

          Mainly in the management side of things, within the CBA, is where the biggest issue is. I have also heard sim stats are still off, but I myself havent tested that yet, but Im sure this is true as well. Also Draft Classes I guess are still screwy as well, which they hyped as being something they really worked on.
          Sorry I couldnt help you more than that, but Whomario can explain these issues, much better than I can. A dev did say they are looking to fix these modes in this next patch. Also it sounds like MyGM CPU controlled teams still arent very smart, which was another thing they hype as having spent much time on.

          Gameplay wise the game is great, really only issues Ive seen as far as gameplay is lack of shooting fouls on 3pt attempts as well as lack of fouls on midrange, basically when you drive to the hole is the only time shooting fouls get called. Nowdays in the league you are seeing quite few fouls on 3pt attempts, so this doe hurt realism factor. Charges are few and far between as well. Illegal picks and over the back fouls do get called more this yr, which is a positive.

            This needs to be fixed, although it's been an issue for a couple of years, so I doubt anyone notices.

            Roll men are not being defended properly. Players are helping from one pass away which is absolutely incorrect. Even junior high players don't do this.

            This can be abused so easily. The help should come from the weak side, not from a player denying the ball. Such a basic basketball principle that isn't implemented properly.. I don't understand it.

              correct. lot of contract/CBA issues (including duplicates of draft and stash Euro players) that should be patched according to the developers.

              As for the stats, I actually think they are a touch better than in years past but the legacy issues are still there. In sim stats:

              1. not enough Free throw attempts for top players like Westbrook, DeRozan, etc.

              2. league leaders start out fine but as the draftees come in over the years you see a dip in the numbers of all the top 20 statistical categories, which makes me think it's more related to troubles with player ratings (tendencies mostly, but inflated overalls too) than actually the sim engine because as I noted the first couple years are pretty solid.

              3. Same old parity with teams. Rarely do teams win over 60( or even 55) or lose 60. Most of the teams stay in the 35-48 win range and often 6 and 7 teams are within 2 or 3 games for the final couple playoff spots in the conference.

              4. FG attempts and scoring go down as the years go on, again probably related to tendencies, so a good roster or editing might help this (I haven't done anything myself, just simmed with the out of the box roster and generated draft classes). I think the issue is as in year's past too many generated rookies come in with low shot tendencies.

              my big worry though is more of a game breaker. If I can't find a good roster (supposedly SimWorld is putting out their roster for ps4 this year YAY!!!) it will be worse. Overalls become inflated as the years go on. the AI rewards potential and overall rather than production with contracts so you end up with every team (even those in the "process") having 3 huge contracts and the rest of the team making squat. Mid level contracts are non-existent and guys with inflated overalls putting up 8 and 8 a night are getting max deals. They say they are going to try to patch this to help with contracts but I'm dubious 30 team control is your friend (and custom draft classes made by draft class makers who understand tendencies and in conjunction with a good custom roster that drops overalls)

                  Another issue, is teams still average more rebounds than they should, they caculate it wrong. If you count rebounds in your player stats screen after a game, they will be lower than what rebounds say in team stats.

                  Basically every time the ball goes out of bounds, they give a rebound to a team, or when a ball is touched but goes out of bounds it counted as a rebound. So its in how they are being calculated by the game engine, so this is something that has to be fixed on there end in a patch, not something we can fix in roster editing unfortunately. This has been a issue for a very long time, cant remember if they have ever had this right, its been that long,lol.

                  Glad to hear sim stats have improved some, as I said I hadnt tested it yet so I was just going off what I had heard, but their track record isnt great when ti comes to this. They had improved some last yr, but some we still way off and some of the analytical stats, especially when using start today feature were actually broken completely, cant remember which ones they are, off the top of my head though.

                                It's fine. I'm making contest layups, easy layups, the CPU is falling for my pump fake. I'm making wide open shots, etc.

                                Personally, I really don't understand these type of statements. Why is it disgusting for the game to be more challenging with the new release? Why do you want the difficulty level to remain the same. As the developers "attempt" to make the artificial intelligence better, the AI is theoretically going to be smarter.

                                What fun would it be if Pro Difficulty feels exactly like Pro difficulty from the previous year? If you had played NBA2k17 for the entire life cycle last year, you would have developed the skills needed to beat the CPU on pro difficulty more often than not. If the difficulty was equivalent to last year, that would be incredibly boring. It was basically easy on Hall of Fame last year. If they would have made the difficulty levels tuned exactly like last year, do you know how boring 2k18 would be right now?

                                If you think Pro feels like all-star and superstar feels like hall of fame, why not just stick with Rookie and feel like playing on Pro. The "difficulty level" shouldn't dictate your enjoyment. How challenging the AI regardless of level should determine your level of enjoyment.

                                EDIT: Even though Hall of Fame feels a little bit more difficult than last year (still honeymoon phase impression), I honestly wish it would be 10 times more difficult. Some of the CPU HOF defensive AI is still lacking making for easy buckets.
